CRIMINALITY IN KENYA: LAND, PROPERTY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLNESS

Dear Mr. President: The purpose of this document, is to explain, a problem, that is highly pervasive, in Kenya, and at the root cause, of most, other problems, seen here. The problem, is, Criminality. Criminality, should not really, be confused, with, Crime, as they both, differ, in many ways. Criminality, in many ways suggests, problems, very much, psychological in nature, and not, driven, by need, as Crime is. Criminality, in many ways, is all based, on, psychological issues, such as, jealousies, envies, and even, hatred <many of them, even, being, petty in nature>. The problem, of Criminality, is not, only, a serious issue, in Kenya, but, also seen problematically, in Ethiopia and Somalia, which in many ways, makes, the three Countries, rather similar to each other, culturally. In Somalia though, it is, Criminality, and not Ethnic violence really, that has been, at the heart, of many, of, its problems. Interestingly enough, one of the reasons, why Criminality, is such a big problem, in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia, is because, it appears that, been disrespected there, in any way or manner, has, a bigger psychological impact, on one, than in most other places, around the World it appears <what is been said Mr. President, is that, being, disrespected, in Kenya, Ethiopia, or Somalia, is way, more hurtful, than in most, other places, of the world>. Criminality, has come to shape, Kenya, in a most, interesting way, and in many ways, affecting, any, attempts, associated, with Progress or Advancement in general. In many ways too, shaping, Kenyas Economic sectors, in ways, that, have resulted, in, poor Economic growth, in it. To understand this better, is to know, not only, how, Criminality has affected, the average Kenyans Self-Perception of themselves, and in many ways too, making, the average Kenyan, believe that, the only work respectable, is work that is perceived, as highly, respected work, like that, of, a CEO. In many ways, the high need, for, the average Kenyan, Ethiopian, or Somalian, to be, highly respected, has put, a damper, on Economic activity, in these, three Countries. In Kenya though, one does find, an added element to all this, with regards really, to the search, for, Information/knowledge, as seeking this out, is, in many ways, associated, with, Criminality issues <what is been said Mr. President, is that, for, many Kenyans, the search, for Information/knowledge, can be said, to be, highly associated, with, Criminality issues>. Criminality in Kenya, is rather, well known, in, the Media, often associated, with, Street Urchins throwing, human faeces at another, or even, a Mob attacking, a lone individual, and finally too, the stripping, naked, of their clothes, of, certain individuals, perceived boastful.

As a result of all this, Kenyan Society, has come, to be shaped, by, three forces, that, define it greatly: 1. The Search for Esteem 2. Social Networks 3. Americanization These three forces, have come to highly define, Kenyan Society, and are not only, driven, by Criminality issues, but have come, to define, Economic activity, in Kenya, in many ways. It can be said, that the Search for Esteem, is strongly about, the need, to be, strongly liked, and therefore avoid, been humiliated, in any way. This has led many, to seek out, Land <as property>, in an attempt, to be, Esteemed, and in many ways too, affecting, Kenyas Monetary system, as, Land, is heavily used, as, collateral, by the banks, in exchange, for Credit money. In all really, it can be said, that, having huge access, to Credit money, is the main sole reason, most, Kenyans, seek out, Land, and also that, Esteem in many ways, is defined, by, flashing, this money around. Social Networks in Kenya, are not only, strongly, associated, with seeking out, Information/knowledge, but also too, with, helping, to deal with, shaming issues, by seeking out, Information/knowledge, as such. In many ways though, one does find that, gaining, a Social Network, is in many ways, a political endeavour <as many, such networks, are rather, elitist in nature>, but that too, Social Networks in general, have come, to define, a certain, segment, of the Kenyan Economy: Real Estate and Property Development. In all, it can be said, that, becoming, a prominent member of Kenyas Social Scene <and be respected too, as perhaps, with Criminality>, is highly associated, with, one owning, Property and Real Estate, in, a considerable amount. Finally, we have the issue, of, Americanization, which many attempt, to adhere to, in a need really, to rise above, Criminality issues, associated, with Embarrassment. The need really, to look and be perceived, American, in an attempt not only, to feel good about oneself <due mainly, to, Criminality issues>, but the belief too <false in nature>, that, Americanization, will lead to the Success, that many, search for <the problem with American Images, seen in Kenya, is that, they are highly, based, on, American Popular Media, and in no way really, do they, represent, actual, American Society>. What Americanization though, has done is define, Kenyas markets <retail and wholesale>, by feeding them, with, all forms, of, American Materiality <not genuine, or real, and totally, based on, American Popular Media, and not, real, American culture>. In many ways, what is been said Mr. President, is that, what you see, with, American Popular Media, is no different, from, what you see, in Kenya, with, Vitimbi <its just, sheer entertainment>. In all, Criminality in Kenya, has reduced, Kenyas Economic activity, to only, three vibrant areas: Land ownership, Real Estate and Property Development, and finally, the promoting and sale, of American Materiality <not real, or

genuine either>, all in an attempt, to be, highly respected, while even work, like, private garbage collection <which is rather, profitable>, is largely ignored, due, to the fact that, it is not, highly respected work. What will be proposed below Mr. President, is a way, of dealing, with, this Criminality issue, by in many ways, proposing that, the, three mentioned forces above, be dismantled, and replaced with something, deemed more worthwhile, and effective, in, solving, the core problem, at the heart, of, probably, all of, Kenyas problems: Criminality.

Prosperity for All:

This part, of the document Mr. President, in many ways, deals, with redefining, what, Prosperity means, for every Kenyan. In many ways, some acquaint its meaning, with Land/property ownage, and the ability, to live, a wealthy lifestyle. To fully understand, what this really means, is to attempt, to see, and even, perceive, how, many Kenyans, actually see, and define, Kenya itself. To most Kenyans, Kenya, is actually, divided, into, two segments: Rural and Urban. The belief really, by mostly, Rural populations, that, moving, to Urban areas, will afford, the kind, of lifestyle, they very well see, on, their TV screens. The whole goal here Mr. President, is to show, that, there are many, ways, for the average Kenyan, to, define themselves, and that in reality, many, do define themselves, in the following, manners: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Rural vs. Urban Nairobi vs. Kenya The Coast vs. Kenya Kenya vs. Africa Nairobi/Mombasa vs. Kenya

These Mr. President, appear, very much, to be, the way, many Kenyans actually perceive, Kenya itself <and in many ways too, themselves>, and that these, perceptions, can be used, to help, Kenya, gain, Prosperity for all by actually, realizing, what, the above perceptions, really mean. In many ways the search, for Prosperity, is highly acquainted, with the Search for Esteem, and it will be shown, that, properly defining, the above perceptions, is at the heart, of, unlocking, Kenyas, possibly great, Economic opportunities. Rural vs. Urban: In most ways, Rural vs. Urban, is probably, the way, most, Kenyans, tend to see, Kenya itself. The word Urban here, does not, really refer, to a Town or City, but to what, can be called, a Westernized place, in Kenya. What makes

many though, seek, to move, to Urban areas, is not, the Infrastructure seen there really, but actually, due, to wanting, to experience, a certain, lifestyle. The belief really that, Urban/Westernized areas, are exciting <and full, of lots of drama>, while Rural areas, have nothing, going on with them. In many ways too, the definition, of Urban here, in most ways too, refers, to, the Success Images, seen there <all rather, Western>, and the kind, of lives really <exciting it is believed>, they are associated with. To resolve this problem, it is believed, that, the only way possible, is for Kenya, to attempt, to create, its own, Success Images <not really westernized, but perhaps, inspired by it>, for those, who seek out rather strongly, such, Success Images, to adhere too. In many ways, it can be seen perhaps, that, doing this, is in line with helping, develop, Kenyas home grown Industries. Nairobi vs. Kenya: The term Kenya here, does not, really refer, to the Country itself, but mainly to, the Cultural Mosaics, seen here. In many ways, seeing Kenya, from, the perspective, of its People, and the, regions, they are believed, to have originated from. In many ways too, Cultural Mosaics here, mainly refers, to, cultural patterns <often aesthetic in nature>, associated with, different, Tribes/People. The most famous perhaps, is the association, of, Maasais, with spears and red clothing, or the Swahili, with, Kangas. The division, of Nairobi vs. Kenya, based on Cultural Mosaics, is one really, that has, led, to a hatred, of, Kikuyu people in Kenya, as Nairobi, is perceived very much, by many Kenyans, as being, a Kikuyu place <the Cultural Mosaics seen here, are very much influenced, by Kikuyu aesthetics; a good example being, walking down River Road, and hearing, Kikuyu music, being, blasted, all over>. In all really, most who see, Kenya, from the perspective, of, Nairobi vs. Kenya, see it really, from its, Architecture and Urban planning <the fact that, Nairobi, has it, and the rest, of the place/Kenya, doesnt really>. In many ways too, such, people, are seeking really, to live, in well developed, areas, with Architecture and Urban planning, that is based really, on, their Cultural Mosaics <not too different, from living, in, present day Europe>. Economic opportunity here, is really perceived, from, the feel-good factor, that, in fact, those, who perceive, Kenya, from its, Cultural Mosaics, simply then, are driven, to live, in places, covered, by such Mosaics, and are willing, to pay, for their commercialization in one form, or another <as with the popularity, of the Ciondo, or even, Eastleigh, and the Somali community>. This is probably, not too, easy, to see, but in many ways, refers to, making, some Kenyan cities, highly cultured ,as with Cultural Mosaics>, with people doing work, just, to maintain, their cities/existences, while living off, and paying for, all forms, of, Cultural Mosaics <in many ways, a simple lifestyle, but one, highly aesthetic, in nature>. Think really, a place, whose, economy, is dominated as an example, by, the Crafts industries.

The Coast vs. Kenya: There are those, who view, Kenya, from the perspective, of, the Coast vs. Kenya. Kenya here though, refers really, to, the kind, of People, one meets. The basic belief really, that most, Kenyans, who are, warmhearted, perceived intelligent, and, fun to be around, have actually, been, influenced somewhat, by, Swahili culture <as for example, with Kenyan slang>. In many ways, The Coast vs. Kenya here, refers really, to the fact, that, the Swahili, have a strong, cultural identity, and in many ways, live, in a culture, that is, highly enjoyable, due, to the kind, of people, you meet there. What is been said Mr. President, is that, there are those, who, dont mind, even, living, in poverty, as long as, they are around, interesting characters, some even, who, resemble, Bongoman, Juha Kalulu, and even, Abunuwasi. This culture, has not taken, a good, hold, in Kenya, as instead really, is has, resulted, in a culture, of, boastful people, attempting, to be known, by all. This method, of, developing a place, is actually, what, historically, was, responsible, for the development, of, two, of Americas, strongest strongholds: New York, and California. In many ways, interesting characters, meeting, with each other, and giving rise, to, sub-cultures, that in many ways really, result, in, Development, in all its forms. Not too hard to explain, but, generally, people, with creative ideas, and the ability/opportune to make them real. The goal then, becomes, how, one can turn, people, in Kenya, into, intelligent creative beings. This has nothing, to do, with formalized education, but in many ways, it can be said, that, one, could look, into, New Yorkan <a good source, being, New Yorker magazine>, and Californian cultures, for help and examples <Swahili characters, are rather, very Islamic>. A small good example perhaps, are Kenyans, who go about, holding, Music Concerts, Motorcross Competitions, the Safari Rally, and even too, the making, of, local Movies. Kenya vs. Africa: There are those Mr. President, who perceive, Kenya, from the perspective really, of, Kenya vs. Africa. In many ways, this, really refers, to Kenyas, Nature, in that, it is, rather different, from that, seen, in the rest, of Africa <including too, Tanzania and Ethiopia>. This is a group, of people, who totally, love, being, in Nature, while, in Kenya, and dont mind at all, living, rather close, to it. The obvious manifestation of this, has been, the Tourism Industry, but in many ways too, really refers also, to, what they call, Large Scale Industries, as, Economic opportunity <examples being, Agriculture, Mining, Transport etc.>. This is not, too rather hard, to, foresee in all, as such, People, are most likely, to develop, ways, of living, as that associated, with what, they call, Eco-Cities, as seen, in Germany <the concept, of the Eco-City, is highly, suited, to Kenya, even more, than, Germany>. In all really, this might not be, too easy to explain in all <living close, to Nature, other than, Eco-Cities>, but as, with Economic opportunity, it refers really, to, dividing, Large Scale

Industries, into, small shareholders, as is popularly seen, in, the Agricultural Industry. In all perhaps it can be said, a way of life, for those, obsessed, with Kenyas Nature <and traveling, Up Country>, and Economic opportunities, arising, from profiting, from Large Scale Industries, including, Telecommunications <an example is someone, who lives too, in Voi, but makes money, renting out, camping gear, boats, and even, cell-phones, themselves; such people, would not mind, turning, Voi, into an Eco-City, as a way, of truly, making a living>. Nairobi/Mombasa vs. Kenya: There are those Mr. President, who view Kenya, from, the perspective, of, Nbi/Mba vs. Kenya. This group, in many ways, tends, to see, Kenya, not only, from, a Money perspective <as in that, money, in Kenya, is only really seen, in, Mombasa and Nairobi>, but also from, the perspective, that, these, are the only, two, enjoyable/relaxing places, in Kenya. In many ways, a group, that, does not, mind, working, for an Income, but in all, really seeks out, ways, to spend, their money, in a worthwhile manner <one of the reasons, many Kenyans, prefer, to live in Western countries>. They are people, who, interpret, Kenya, from its cities/towns, and the fact, that, they lack, the facilities, for one, to enjoy, themselves in. Whether it be, Entertainment <as with, malls or movie theatres>, Relationships, or even, simple Relaxation <visiting hotels, as an, example>. In many ways really, this group, lives, around <as with spending Income really>, various, Figures, such as those, that, were mentioned, in the, Information Networks document, sent recently. In many ways, simply, spending, part of their Incomes, living around, people, they perceive, as, rather interesting, and are willing, to learn, from them, on improving, their lives. They are also, the kind of people, most likely, to, attend, a personal development Seminar. In many ways, making all this rather possible, will leave, Kenya, with a huge, human resources pool, of hardworkers, who know that, after, hardwork, they can, simply go out there, and enjoy, themselves, around, Figures, that they like. In many ways, this is all about, making Kenya <as probably really, with Nairobi and Mombasa, rather Cosmopolitan, where one, could meet and see, just about, anyone, including Naomi Campbell>. It is believed Mr. President, that, if all this, can really be seen, for what it is, then, there exists, a, huge potential, for, Economic opportunity, in Kenya, for its, supposedly believed, rather large, population. Otherwise, it remains still, that, most Kenyans, do see, Kenya, from the perspective, of, Rural vs. Urban, and a belief really, that, they cannot, attain, an Urban/Western lifestyle, leading to lots, of, Political dissension, and many talks, of all kinds, on Developing <as in attempting, to become, Europe>.

Kenyan Cultures and Identity:

Its been said Mr. President, that Kenya, is known, to have, more, than 40 tribes in it. Perhaps an exaggerated, number, but also, rather, truthful, if viewed really, from, Social Networks, and their Development. That in all, that most, of, these tribes, have, their origins, in Social Networks, becoming, Structured, in one way, or another. In reality though, one does find, that, tribes, in Kenya, actually do, develop, from, Social Networks, that have become, structured, by being, Systematized <in all really, Social Networks, that, in many ways, create, their own, Systems, similar, in nature, to, Public Systems>. This in many ways, tends, to forment, what, is perceived, as being, a, Kenyan Identity, with many of these, structured Social Networks, even, developing, their own, way, of speech <the Kikuyu, are a good, example, in all this, in that, Kikuyu speech, differs, by regions, but what in reality, makes, most Kikuyus, similar, are the, Systems, they develop>. In many ways though, Economic opportunity, has been, hampered, in Kenya, due mainly, to the fact, that, these tribes/Social Networks, tend mainly, to, lack, Culture, in one way or another <the only culture really, been seen, being, forms of speech>. In many ways, what is been said Mr. President, is that, Kenyans, are in general, uncultured, and therefore, not, driven really, to advance, or develop themselves, in most ways. Without Culture, all really, is, meaningless, and for most, Kenyans, Uncultured, life, is spent really, engaging, in meaningless talk. Proposed below, are 5 segments really, that, could serve, as a basis, for, developing, the highly required, Culture, for the average Kenyan, to simply feel, motivated, about life <and not simply believe, that, real life, is only seen, in, America, or Europe>. In many ways, these, segments, should be seen, to make up, what, is known, as, Indigenous culture. Investment, in all of these, segments, will see to it, most likely, that, Kenyans in general, become, cultured, and generally too, develop, a mindset, driven, towards, Advancement <in all its forms>. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Fashion Music Sports/Games Drinks and Beverages Religious Art

Of the 5 above Culture based forms, Drinks and beverages, are rather, well known, in Kenya, and perhaps too, the only, Culture, that Kenyans, truly have <this means really, Kenyans, associate Culture, with not only, Bars and Drinking holes, but also too, places, where one, could, enjoy, some nyama

choma, while, having, a Drink or two>. In many ways too, one finds that, Drinking dens, of all kinds, are where, most, Kenyans, tend to plot out, their lives, and engage, in any, Development talk. Religious Art above, was previously defined, under, what, they call, the Nation, in, another document, sent before, to your Office. Business Culture and Identity: In most ways though, what, tends to hamper, any, Development, in Kenya, is a, general lack, of Business acumen/sophistication, in the, general culture, of the place. Business Culture and Identity, is what, makes America, a thriving Economy, as even, its, most ignorant people, have, a Business Culture and Identity <they know, Business, not really, structurally, but mainly, from, a cultural, point of view>. It can be said, that, the most ignorant American perhaps, knows, how to make, a good <business> deal. Kenyans in general though, lack <even totally>, a Business Culture, and Business Identity/Mentality. They may have, some, business ideas, but have no idea too, on, making them real, even, with, a business degree, of sorts. In general, for most, Kenyans, Business, is associated, with gaining, access, to Credit money <as via, a loan of sorts>, and then, simply, attempting, to engage, in Competition <perceived mainly, as, the person, with, the largest line, of Credit>, and Market Domination too < the person, with, the largest, Assets base>. In many ways, a rather, primitive way, of, engaging in business, and in, many ways too, rather, Political, as favouritism, is often, shown, to certain, few individuals <perhaps too, from the perspective, of, tribal affiliation; a belief really, that, most banks in Kenya, are, Kikuyu>. What is proposed here, is that, the Government <perhaps under, the, Office of the Vice-President>, provide, an Asset basis, for, the majority of Kenyans <as with, Business Parks perhaps>, and the concept, of Competition, be expanded really, from that, of, Credit access, to that really, of, creativity, based on, the following 5 areas: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Marketing Sales Advertising Consumer Service Packaging

While the above, are, mostly talked about, in Kenyan Business circles, they fail really, to exist, in, a creative manner, and in many ways, are, largely borrowed concepts, from, outside Kenya, and Africa itself too, and heavily depended, on, Credit access. What is been said really, that, for the average Kenyan, understanding fully, what, the 5 above mean, then, their Business Identities, do not have, to be based, on, Credit money, and in many ways too, can, rather

be, based, on Exchanges, of all sorts <as perhaps with, business contracts, bonds, and even, stock options>. In all really, what is mainly been said, is that, Kenya, cannot be said, to be, a Business destination, of any kind, when, there is a total lack really, of, Business Law, of any kind. Business Law and associated Paperwork too, can in many ways, replace, the various, problems, most Kenyans, face, on attempting, to start, a business, of any kind, as mainly, with, regards to, Credit access, and even, Financial management. Packaging, in many ways, refers to, putting, any good or service, in, a rather, attractive package, that attracts, buyers easily, and in many ways too, is seen, as, the easiest way, for, the average Kenyan, to engage, in business, of any kind <as due to the fact, mentioned much earlier, in, another document, that, Kenyans, indeed, are rather good, at design>. As a conclusion to this all, what, has been said, is that, without, proper Kenyan Cultures/Identities, and, Business Cultures/Identities, the average, Kenyan, is in many, ways, going, nowhere, with their lives. It is also believed too, that, developing, these two, areas, of Kenyan people, is largely, at, the very heart, of, helping, eradicate, the rather, large problem, of, Criminality <as mainly with envies>, seen, in Kenya <and Ethiopia and Somalia too> today. In many ways, those, without Culture, attempt, to humiliate <in one way or another>, those, with it, and a prevalent belief <very ignorant too>, in Kenya, that, lacking Culture, is actually, intelligent, and even, means that, one, is actually tough <perhaps too, like an animal>. Developing these two areas, and also, helping, create, many Economic opportunities <as with the last section, and dealing with, Criminality/jealousies>, will see to it, that, Kenyans, develop, a rather, High Respect, for themselves < and therefore, helping eradicate, Criminality, in all its forms>.

Kenyan Mentalities and Realities:

It was mentioned Mr. President, in another, document, on Information Networks, that, for the average Kenyan, life in general, at every moment, is, based largely, on, seeking out, Information/knowledge, of one kind, or another. In most ways too, Information/knowledge, sought out really, in, an attempt, to create, a, Mentality/Reality, of, whats really, going on in Kenya/World, at any one moment. One finds that, in Kenya, ones mind, often feels, rather, blank <even crazy>, at most times, due mainly, to a lack, of, a coherent picture, of Reality <as with, access, to Information/knowledge>. In many ways, for many Kenyans, this, has been replaced, by, Americanization <as with, via, Popular American Media>, and many Kenyans believing, that, their problems, are similar, to, those seen, in, Popular American Media. A rather, delusional state, of existence, as, even Gang cultures, thrive, in Kenya, inspired mainly, by, Popular American Media, and the need, to feel, Important, in a place, where, Criminality, rages on, like, a forest fire <funnily enough, a lot, of, American Popular Media, is actually, based on, Criminality>. American

Materiality <of the Popular Media kind>, is sought out, to help, develop, a Mentality, that in many ways, most Kenyans, can use, to, simply, make their way, through life <feeling rather, Important>. In many ways, it has, become, like a Religion itself <and something, for, many Kenyans, to hold on to, as, with feeling, like, worthy human beings> <even for some, attempting, to make, Michele Obama, an African>. In many ways, for, the very, Mental health, of most, Kenyans <as with, having, a, mental picture, of Reality, which, if lacking, results, mainly, in all forms, of, Mental distress>, it is believed, that, the average, Kenyans Psychological state, be, most defined, not, by Visual ability, but, by Audio ability. Without getting, into, deep Psychological talk, what is been said here, is that, Kenyans, as, Sensual beings really, today, are geared, mainly, to feel, good, about themselves, by, being, Visual based beings <Sensually>, leading, many, to seek out, something, deemed, rather pleasurable, to look at. In many ways, as, Sensual beings, Kenyans, seek out, attractive and beautiful, Realities, to see, with their very eyes <in many ways too, making, TV watching, rather, extremely popular, in Kenya, and also, the, huge desire, by, many Kenyans, to leave, Kenya, or travel outside it, to places, deemed, more beautiful>. In many ways, ones Sensual Perceptions, are what, make, one, feel, like an, Important person. For the average Kenyan, even, having traveled, to, a place, like, Paris, actually makes them, feel, rather Important. What is then being asked, in a rather, difficult way, is for, the Kenyan Government, to find, a way, to turn, the average Kenyan, from, a Visual based Sensual being, to an, Audio based Sensual being. This, in many ways, will make, for, a more, stable Kenyan, psychologically <as even too, with, helping deal, with, Criminality; Criminality, in many ways, is a, Visual based problem, as, the fear with it, is, actually, the very act, of, one or others, seeing oneself, actually, being Humiliated, in one way or another>. In all, for the average Kenyan, being, seen, donning, an American Media Personality, and owning too, American Materiality, makes one, feel, rather Important, in also, a rather, unsafe way. Some examples, are offered below, to help, turn Kenyans, into, Audio based Sensual beings, and in many ways, making them, rather, Mentally Stable <as perhaps, from, the point of view, of, Mentalities/Positivity>, and also, help them, perceive, their environments, more, correctly <what this means Mr. President, is that, most Kenyans, being, Visual based Sensual beings, are, highly disheartened, by, the lack, of Development, in Kenya, and while many, talk, positively, of developing it, they, in many ways, subconsciously, visually identify, with, the rather, poor, Visual State, that Kenya finds itself in; one can talk, of skyscrapers, all, over Nairobi, but cannot escape, the, very fact, that, sewage, runs right through, next to them>. How to turn, Kenyans, into, Audio based Sensual beings <some small examples>:

1. Radio: It probably would be, best, Mr. President, to see to it, that, Radio, once again, becomes, the main form, of, Media in Kenya <rather than, television>. When speaking of, Radio, we are not, only, talking off local Radio really, but International Radio too, which was once, popular, all over, Kenya. Good examples being, BBC International Radio, and the, VOA <Voice of America>. In most ways too, these, forms of Media, are in, general, more, educative, and even, more, interesting, than Television itself. 2. Audio Books: Kenyans Mr. President, a largely, an ignorant people, who in many ways though, prefer, hearing things out, rather, than actually, reading about something. It is believed, that, Audio Books, can be a huge, Business opportunity, to serve, the Information/knowledge needs, of most Kenyans, and that, in many ways, a, business opportunity, best engaged in, by, the Government itself. 3. World Music: The Genre of Music, known, as World Music, perhaps, best known, through, music labels, such as, Putumayo, would be, a genre of Music, that, should be popularized, in, most Kenyan homes; rather than, most, Popular Music, seen, all over <which in many ways, makes, most Kenyans, rather, Visual, by nature>. In many ways, a genre of music, that, is generally, educative by nature, and one, of the best ways, for, Kenyans, to always have, a, good Mental Reality/State, at all times <in all, keeping them, feeling, rather Mentally Stable, and not, Crazy, when all, alone for example>. 4. Recreational Spots: By Recreational spots, it in all, in many ways, referring to, all, kinds, of Family, and Individual spots, where, Families, and Individuals too, can simply, go, and sit around, and do nothing much, but, relax, and enjoy themselves. The most popular perhaps of these, are Parks. Other examples, include probably, Cafes, where, one, can simply go, relax, while having, a drink, and reading, a magazine, or, even, newspapers. In many ways, this all, is, at the very heart, of, Government participation, in, helping eradicate, Criminality, in a rather, practical way, by, attempting, to deal, with the Mental issues, many Kenyans, face, due mainly, to, being, Visual based Sensual beings.

Closing:
As a closing really, it must be said, that the problem, of Criminality, is much more dangerous, than that even, of, Crime and Violence, of all kinds. The reason for this, is that, Criminality, is very much, psychological in nature, and, can lead, to, Individuals, who, experience it, being, Psychologically damaged, and unable even, to, live their lives out.

For most Kenyans, the safest, part of Kenya really, tends, to be, their homes. It is there, that, they most, feel, free and safe, and one finds that, should, Criminality, invade their homes from outside it, their very lives, would be, destroyed <most Kenyans, are simply, unable, to overcome, humiliation, of any, kind, and suffer, from its effects, for many years after>. In many ways, Criminality in Kenya <believed Mr. President, to be, at the heart, of most of its, problems>, can also, best, be dealt with, from, an Individual perspective, from, ones very home <by seeking to totally, eliminate it from there>, and also realizing too, that, Personal Defence systems, in Kenya, best, work, when dealing, with, Criminality, rather than, Crime or Violence. Defence systems, in dealing with, Criminality, are mainly associated, with, Protection, Security and Security Measures, of all sorts. That in truth, in Kenya, Crime and Violence, are not, as high as most believe, but that Criminality, is way more, pervasive <sometimes, occurring, in forms of, crime and violence>, and that, its goal really <as with, its perpetrators>, is to, psychologically damage, another, and in many ways, make them, useless human beings. Dealing with this all, best begins, in, ones homes, in, various ways. Criminality, which in many ways, has been, a problem, historically, in Africa <as can be seen, in, most African literature works>, is responsible really, for, leading, to various forms, of, Crime, Violence, and even, Warring, and in many ways too, responsible, for creating, the Strongman Mentality/Reality, that, some Africans, have. In Africa, Criminality, was traditionally dealt with, as follows: 1. Charms and Amulets: Offered mainly, by people, referred to, as Witchdoctors, to serve, as a measure, for dealing with, protection issues. 2. Ancestor worship: Mainly used, to deal, with Security issues, and the protection, of ones, Property. 3. Herbal Magic: That, there exists, a form, of medical practice, in Africa, associated with, Herbology, and also, rather magical too, as with, helping cure one, of, just about, all forms, of, negative psychological states, one finds themselves in. For non-Africans, living in Africa, Criminality, has often been, dealt with, as follows: Gun ownership <Protection issues>, Help lines <such as 911, for Security issues>, and finally, Medical aid <in all its forms, including, psychological counseling, in the form really, of, Security Measures>.
