Above: Orobanche ramosa is parasite on several cultivated plants as Tobacco, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Hemp, Maize, but also on weeds as Lamium.
Left: Orobanche mutelii, which partly is also called Orobanche ramosa subsp. mutelii, is parasite on several Composites, Apiaceae and on Bermuda Buttercup Oxalis pes-caprae which is wide-spread in the Mediterranean.
Left: Orobanche purpurea is parasite on several Composites as e.g. Achillea, Artemisia, and Cirsium, but also on Lamium species.
