Latest Novel a Stellar Delight!
T. R. Nichols has done it again. Her latest novel, Revenge of the Rebellion, continues the adventures of Captain Genna Pavo and her crew. Once again, they are faced with intergalactic doom. In Revenge of the Rebellion, the sinister Dr. Draco is back after being rescued from the icy planet Genesis by a mysterious new ally. Readers of Nicholss previous novel, Danger in the Dark Zone, will remember that Dr. Draco was sent to live in exile on Genesis by the imperial council after trying to take control of the universe. Before Captain Pavo and her crew can defeat Dr. Draco, they must find and capture his anonymous ally. The identity of Dr. Dracos ally will surely surprise loyal readers of this popular science-fiction series. Nicholss blend of adventure, humor, and suspense is sure to entertain young readers of science fiction. The action seems to leap from the page, grabbing the readers interest immediately. Add to that a few plot twists to keep the reader guessing as to what might happen next. Revenge of the Rebellion is a real page turner. I guarantee you wont be able to put it down once you pick it up. So set aside a rainy Saturday, park yourself in a comfortable chair, and get ready for an exciting ride through the cosmos and beyond.

Revenge of the Rebellion: A Cosmic Disaster!

One must wonder if the producers of Revenge of the Rebellion, based on T. R. Nicholss runaway best seller, were so busy thinking about how to dazzle audiences with special effects that they completely forgot to tell a worthwhile story. Curiously, director Marco Ingle chose not to stick to the original plot so carefully woven by T. R. Nichols in her novel of the same name. Instead, he has substituted a blandand at times confusingstory line. It is disappointing to find that many of the intriguing and peculiar characters that made the novel so appealing are nowhere to be found on the screen. This only adds to the overall lackluster effect of the film. Tracy Bent and Max Juliard portray the main characters of Captain Genna Pavo and Dr. Draco. Though they are talented performers, even they cant save this movie. At times, they seem almost bored as they deliver their lines. Producers spent over 20 million dollars on special effects for this film. Unfortunately, all the high-tech gadgetry doesnt pay off. This film is a real yawn. My recommendation: Pass on the movie and stop by the bookstore instead.
