DAVCO CERAMIC TILE CLEANER 800

TILE, GROUT & MASONRY CLEANERS DESCRIPTION
Davco Ceramic Tile Cleaner 800 are general purpose cleaners designed for routine maintenance of showers, bathrooms and other tile/stone/masonry installations. Both products safely and easily remove mold and mildew, as well as mineral deposits, hardwater and rust stains. Davco Ceramic Tile Cleaner 800 concentrate are ideal for stripping grout haze, cement/mortars smears and efflorescence from new and renovated construction. Cleaner are suitable for interior or exterior use over vertical or horizontal surfaces. Davco Ceramic Tile Cleaner 800 concentrate provides extra strength for industrial/institutional demand and dilutes with water.

SHELF LIFE
Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for two (2) years if stored indoors and off the ground at 65 - 80F (18 - 26C) / 50% relative humidity.

LIMITATIONS
Do not use on polished marble, polished limestone, terazzo, terazzo tile or bronze / metalic glazed tiles; Avoid contact with porcelain fixtures, sinks or tubs.

INSTALLATION
Preparation
Before starting application, always use a small test area to verify compatibility and results in an inconspicuous area, put 2-3 drops of Davco Ceramic Tile Clean 800 concentrate on the surfaces well with clean water and let dry Examine surface for discoloration / shading, staining, dulling, etching or other problems. If result are satisfactory, proceed with preparation by vacuuming or brooming all areas to remove loose dirt and debris, saturate grout joints, cement plasters/stuccoes and porous tile / stone with clean water before application begins.

PRECAUTIONS
Perform test application to verify compatibilities and results (refer to preparation section); Never mix or dilute with other cleaners, bleach or ammonia products; Protect adjacent surfaces (e.g. carpet, furniture) from spray, splashes, cleaning, residue and rinse water; Surfaces wet with cleaner will be slippery- use caution walking over them and close off wet areas to traffic; Let cleaned areas dry thoroughly (24 hours minimum) before applying sealers or coatings; Wear gloves, eye protection and protective clothing while measuring, mixing or applying cleaner; Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin; Use adequate ventilation; Store tightly capped and out of reach of children.

* Volume of Davco Ceramic Tile Cleaner 800 concentrate: Volume(s) of clean water. Pour Davco Ceramic Tile Cleaner 800 concentrate into a clean plastic pail or mixing container. Measure approximately the volumes of water needed. Add water and stir for a minute or until uniform. Apply over surfave to be cleaned with pump spray, sponge, brush, mop, roller or rag. Use stiff brush broom or scrub pad to work cleaner into rough / badly soiled surfaces, satins or cement smears again. Flush or mop twice with clean water. Change mop water frequently. Use broom, squegee, wet vacuum, mop or sponge to remove rinse water. Repeat steps for stubborn stains, heavy soil or old / thick cement smears.
