water Tank and Re- construction and Constructions of Toilet & Both Rooms out side the
project house.

Estimate: Rs.2, 98, 000

The Construction of Kandaleru Project House was completed in the Year 1987 and
opened for occupants. The Project house consisting of 4 nos A.C suits, Dining Hall,
Conference Hall and Kitchen. During Construction of Project house is 6000 lts capacity
water Tank was provided on top of High Heavy of Project house. This water tank was failed
due to such fail shinking and the Tank wall are cracked and water is not storing in the water
Tank. At present the Project house was renovated with grass turffing and selected new
plants. if the Tank was not re constructed the entire grass and plants will not several much
more times due to in sufficient of water. The current also not coming regularly and due
much interruption in providing water to plants and turfing. Hence it is necessary to re
construct the above tank and save the plants and turffing. Hence this estimate was
prepared.

During construction of Project house 1 Spare Toilet was constructed in between

Dining and Conference Hall for the out side officers who are came for attending conference
works. During their usage of Toilet sum bad poule smell is came in to Dining Hall and in
conference Hall. It is necessary to abond the toilet and providing them in out side the Project
houe for the Officers who are coming for attending conference.

Hence, this estimate is prepared with the following provisions.

1. Dismantaling of Exisiting Brick masonry and convey the Materials for away from
project house.
2. Dismantling if Existing foundation Conctect and convey the meterial for away from
project house.
3. Earth work Excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10mts and lift
of 2 mts in HDR Soils removal by pick axes and crowbars
4. Cement Conctrect 1:2:4 for foundation of water tank etc. in 20 mm HBG MC metal
70% and 12mm Dia HBGMC metrl 30% including cost and conveyance of all
meterials and labour charges etc. complete.
5. Brick masonry in CM 1:5 using conuntry Bricks including cost and conveyance of
all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
6. Cement Conctrect 1:11/2:3 for wearing coat with 12 mm Dia HBG MC metel in
water tank bottom including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour
charges etc. complete.
7. Super Plastering with CM 1:1 20mm thick exposed of faces of for the sun side
water surface or water tank including cost and conveyance of all materials and
labour charges etc.complete.
 8. Plastring with CM 1:5 20mm thick to the exposed faces of brick masonry in CM 1:5
including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete.

9. Supplying and fixing of Teak wood and shuter of size 0.75 X 2 mts including cost
and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete

10. Supplying and fixing of RCC Jolley ventilators of size 0.6 X 0.45 including cost and
conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.complete
11. Supplying and fixing of ACC Sheet roofing with ' J ' Bolts leather washers
etc.complete including 2" Dia G.I pipe for main poster
12. White washing with best shell lime in two coats over the primary coat including cost
and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
13. painting to doors with best enamel paint in two coats over the primary coat
including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
14. Supplying and fixing of W.C Orissapan of 580 mm X 440 mm including P (or) S
trap including cost of PVC cistern of 10lts capacity pipe connection etc.complete
with Bib tap valve and bottom top connection etc. complete.

15. Supplying and fixing of white glazed flat back boule urinals of size 410 X265 X 305
mm with integrate flushing line fixed with ‘S’ scrous complete Indian make
company to IS 2556 part 6.

16. Supplying and fixing of CP 31.75 mm CP Bothle trap parry ware or equlent

17. Supplying and fixing of 4" Dia SWG pipes icludinding E.W.E and jointing etc
complete.

18. Supplying and fixing of 1" Dia GI pip with necessary fitting icludinding cost and
conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
19. Supplying and fixing of Top cover with RCC 1:1/2 :3 mix of sixe 0.45 X1.9 m with
12 mm Dia HBG MC metal of 0.05m thick including providing of steel of 10mm Dia
main roads 4 nos and 6 mm stiumps @ 0.15m C/C including cost and
conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Rates:

The Estimate is prepared with current SSR for the year 2007-08 and local market
rates

Programme of work:

The above work is to be taken up before the Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra
Pradesh Programme during the Month of 4/5 months and completed with in one
one month.
