After the alliance with the orange UK and Mobilink GSM, it was necessary to adopt the changes in the organization. Kurt Lewin change management model explains this change management and its functions. There are three levels of changes that are unfreeze, change and freeze again. Many other schools of thought managed to follow this same rule of model of Kurt. When the organization sees there is need of change HRM come into action and tells the staff the need of change and its importance in the organization. This is called the unfreeze process. After the analysis of the business situation Orange UK decided to bring the changes in the organization in shape of alliance with the Mobilink GSM. Major objective of the company is to make the changes as per the requirement of the company and organization need. (Stephen George Banhegyi, 2007)
All of these factors can be kept in implementation only when we need the change at strategic level. So we need a direction from the management that how to deal with the changes and how to evaluate the change. (Jorden, 2007)
