chaotic. Many of you are super sensitive, feeling this shift deeply in
your mind, body, and spirit. The upheaval we are experiencing is
vital. We are making room for a new reality, a new Truth, a world of
sustainable resources and peace. YOU play a vital role in creating
this New Reality. You were born at this time for a very special
reason, and I am so grateful that you are here, right now, with all
of us.
In this program, you will know HOW to live more true to who you
are and to lead from a place of alignment with your Divine Self.
Self-knowledge isn’t the answer. It’s just the first step. Every single
step that you’ve taken in your life has brought you to this point –
this is the moment when you finally begin to understand not only
who you are, but how to live your life as yourself. You’re going to

discover that you’ve always been doing it right, that you haven’t
made any mistakes, and that a purposeful life is often circuitous and
twisted, each turn filled with new lessons, understandings, and
initiations.
The world is full of people who’ve forgotten their path, those who
have bought into the idea that you have to compromise who you are
to get along in life. When we deny who we are, our motivations and
actions become silent pleas for recognition and meaning.

PART TWO: ASSESSMENT
LIFE CATEGORIES
Next, contemplate the areas of life you are destined to fulfill and
empower. A fulfilled life is the mirror for the ongoing assessment,
recalibration, and growth you demonstrate in all these areas. Your
focus and emphasis on different aspects may change throughout the
stages of your life. However, the more vital and present EACH
aspect is in your life regardless of your circumstances, age, or focus,
the more aligned you are with who you really are and what you are
here to share with the world.
Step One
Knowing this exercise is for you and you alone, and no one will see
or know your answers unless you choose to share, respond from
what is true for you as you ponder your relationship with each life
category.
Please write the first word that pops in your mind as you read the
following:

Step Two
Choose three words for each category that describe how you feel
right now about this aspect of your life. Write how you feel about
each word, and doodle a bit to allow your subconscious to process
your feelings.

Step Three
Now that you’ve seen where you actually are, think about where
you would like to be. In order to move forward, we have to first
assess what is real and true for us, and then we can move ahead.
Again, choose three words for each category that describe how you
would LIKE to feel about this aspect of your life. Write a few words
about what comes up about each word you chose. Then draw the
avatar (the incarnation, embodiment, or manifestation of the aspect)
for that desired feeling. Your avatars can be a quick scribble, an
elaborate drawing or just a line that represents the desired feeling in
the cosmos.
