RULES AND REGULATIONS
5. The Route will be marked by Tulips on most of the route. The Clerk-Of-Course will explain in detail how tulips are read during the brie ng. 6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules / change or postpone the date / refuse an entry or cancel the event if it is deemed needful. 7. The decision of awarding prizes and points by the Judges will be nal. Top 15 teams must be personally represented by at least 2 members at the Prize Giving Ceremony on the day itself or prizes will be withheld. 8. All cheques are to be crossed and in favour of TABUNG RAYUAN HARI PAHLAWAN. AFFIN BANK (A/C NO.: 1059 5000 3201) or bank-in and submit the entry forms together with the bank-in slip as proof of payment via email or fax.

1. This is a Motoring Hunt within Kuala Lumpur. Entry Fee is RM250 per team. 2. A team shall be made up of minimum 2 persons to a maximum of 4 persons. The Driver of the car should possess a valid driving licence and the car entered must have valid road tax and insurance. The car must be also deemed t for travel with working brake and signal lights. 3. Entry forms must be fully completed, with the Declaration of Indemnity signed and the fees paid before it can be o cially accepted as an entry. Entries will be accepted henceforth and limited to the rst 200 cars on a rst-come- rst-served basis. There will only be 1 category. 4. A brie ng will be held in Wardieburn Camp, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur prior to the hunt on hunt day. Participants will be duly informed of the date, time and venue.

Bhd and their representatives and all sponsors connected with the organisers against any injury, accident, or death to ourselves, or damage or loss incurred to the vehicle hereby entered however caused arising out of our taking part in this event. You further are deemed to declare that the vehicle entered is covered by insurance and road tax duly paid as required by the motor vehicle rules (third party risks) 1959 (Malaya) which is valid for an event such as this.
