Assembly
Glue 50mm high piece of pvc drain pipe p pp into coupler with approx 25mm left protruding

 Gl 10 Glue 10mm plastic pvc pipe i t other end l ti i into th d This will support the g pp globe from the rear Ensure that it is inserted deep enough for the globe and the 3mm piece of pvc pipe to fit on top of it Glue only the 10 mm pipe in place Do not glue the globe in place yet Let it dry for 10 minutes while enjoying y your beer

 Drill 2 x5mm or 6mm hole that correspond j to the size of the female rca jack and the toggle switch

Electrics
Th entire circuit must b soldered and connected The ti i it t be ld d d t d together as below NB The female rca can only be soldered once mounted NB. in the stop end. Insert the globe with wiring through the 50mm p p g g g pipe coupler from the side with the 10mm pipe insert in it Screw in the rca female and the toggle switch through the hole drilled in the stop end Solder on the wire See end. wire. Next slide Do not over tighten as the threads break off easily. Put a drop of pvc glue on to the threads so they dont come loose.

Electrics
Crimp Spade connectors on to the 2 wires y y that will connect to your battery Solder the other sides to the female rca connectors Insulate the wires on the rca plug from each other using insulation tape

Globe Installation
Insert Globe on to 10mm backing ring and g glue on the 3mm pvc ring ensuring that the p g g globe is seated correctly. Leave to dry Glue on back stop end Have another beer

Mounting
I have used to foam strips bought from y builders warehouse The 1 side is sticky. Usually the thicker the better as you compress it with valcro straps to hold it in place On most helmets except mine you can mount it in a ventilation hole

Mounting
