TA 69 72 DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 19 de 28 LOM AEF Quin @c1e TRSTATIATON ° 8 Direct To Floor (DTF System) 8.1 Learning Procedure Before Starting. Confirm the following items before proceeding with the learn run: All magnets must be the same length (300 mm) and are from the same manufacturer. When the lift is stopped at floor level, the door zone magnetic detector must be in the middle of the magnet (that is, half of the magnet has to be above the pencil switch and the other half below it). The door zone magnetic detector must always read the same magnet face of every magnet, always the same pole. Magnets have to be fitted with the yellow face pointing to the guide. c. The door zone pencil switch must read the magnets through the complete front part of the sensor (not from one side, or with only part of the detector in front of the magnet). Confirm CAN bus B (connector CR from ALI board) has 60 ohms between terminals 2 and 3 (Power OFF) e. The gap between the magnetic detector and any magnet (when they are face to face) must not be higher than 10 mm. Regarding the bi-stables, there is a minimum of 5 mm and a maximum gap of 10 mm. IMPORTANT NOTES: a. The value of the inspection speed in the drive unit cannot be modified. P2.2.3.4. b. The acceleration and deceleration curves must not be modified.(P.2.2.5.1-P2.2.5.6) . The encoder direction cannot be changed (corresponds to parameter P2.11.3 “Encoder Direction” in the drive unit). In case the machine is not turning correctly it is necessary to check the motor connections between control panel and machine (U in the cabinet goes to U in the machine; V to V; and W to W). If these are correct, an encoder offset must be done. If the machine is turning smoothly but in the opposite direction, change the value of parameter P2.5.15 “Motor Direction” in the drive unit. DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 20 de 28 LOHAL EF Quien ® GLE INSTALLATION = Learning procedure. In order to start with the DTF learning procedure the lift must be in inspection levelled (an error +1 cm is acceptable) at the bottom floor (do a reset run to make the lift level at the bottom floor and then switch the lift into inspection in the control panel). Follow the next steps for the learning procedure: Press the up and down buttons in the inspection control simultaneously during 5 seconds, un the display from the ALI board shows FO. NOTE: if after FO appears on the display, we keep pressing the up and down buttons, an error 20 may appear on the main board. Should this happen, the board must be reset and the whole process must be re-started from the beginning. ‘Once FO appears on the display, the board will start an internal procedure, during which we will see on the ALI display F1, F2, F3... and so on. ‘Once the display reaches F8, and if the control has not found any error, the lift will move upwards at a constant speed of 20 cm/s (approximately), reading the pulses from the encoder, until it reaches the lower end of the top floor door zone magnet. At this point, the lift will stop (it does not level with the top floor sill). After stopping on this magnet, F9 will appear on the main board indicator. The drive unit will show P2.15.4.23 “Auto Teaching”. This parameter value must be changed from Not Done to Done, and then press Enterto save i After approximately 20 seconds, FF will appear on the ALI board and afterwards, rE and Pr will alternate in the ALI display (Practice mode). Turn the inspection switch in the control panel to the OFF position in order to reset the lift (in this case ?? and Pr will alternate in the ALI display). Once it has reset, on the main board display Pr and the floor number (01, 02...) will alternate. The technician must now go inside the car and verify that the lift stops levelled in every single floor in both directions. If the lift does not stop levelled on a specific floor, the technician has to press simultaneously in the car operating panel the floor buttons that correspond to the two lowest floors until AP appears on the display. Example: on a lift whose floors are 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 we have to press and hold Oand 1. Ona lift whose floors are-1, G, 1 y 2, we would have to do the same with -1 and G. In order to correct the stopping level: Use the bottom floor button to lower it by 1 mm. Use the button from the floor above the bottom one to increase it by 1 mm. Following with the previous examples, by pressing 0 (in the lift whose floors go from 0 to 4) or -1 (in the one whose floors go from -1 to 2) we would subtract 1 mm, and by pressing 1 (in the lift from 0 to 4) of G (in the one from -1 to 2), we would add 1 mm to the current position. For each time the buttons are pressed we add or subtract 1 mm to the current position. In order to save the modifications, do not touch any of the buttons for 3 seconds. After this time has passed, AP will disappear from the car display, confirming that the value has been saved. NOTE: when it is necessary to lower the current stopping position, and the number has more than one digit (for example, -15 mm), in the car display it will not appear the symbol “-“. DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 21 de 28 @ GLE INSTALLATION wom. art quinn Instead, and also replacing the ten-figure, a setter will appear (-1 = A, -2 = B, -3 = C, etc). Examples: -10 = A0;-11 = Al; -25 = BS; -37 = C7; etc. This procedure must be done and then check that the lift stops in every floor and both directions perfectly levelled. In order to finish with the DTF programming menu, it is necessary to turn the inspection switch in the control panel to ON and then press and hold its up and down buttons until Pr no longer appears on the AL1 indicator (appearing just rE). IMPORTANT: we have to be sure that the lift stops levelled in every floor in both directions before finishing with the DTF programming menu. If after finishing with it, a magnet was moved or the procedure had to be repeated for any reason, the AL1 board would have to be changed (the DTF learning procedure can only be performed once). DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 22 de 28 @c. LE INSTALLATION ORAL IEF uureN 9 A3 Parking System 9.1 Introduction preventing any unintended movement of the lift car when at a lan order to comply with this new standard, we now provide three different overspeed governor models: the Vega, the Star and the Luezar. Below we describe the particular operational characteristics of each model, and the procedure to be followed for disabling them during installation, IMPORTANT NOTE: Apart from the wiring modifications indicated in the corresponding plans, it is necessary to establish the following drive parameter values: > P2.7.6:‘DO1 Content’ programmed as 2/Motor Contact > P2.7.9: ‘DOI Off Delay’ programmed at 3 seconds Luezar overspeed governor with A3 Module DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 23 de 28 8 CVE INSTALLATION 2 LomAL ser queer 9.2 Luezar overspeed governor 1. Overspeed governor coil power supply. The governor coil must have a 220Vac power supply. 2. Trip coil. Independent 220Vac trip coil. An independent circ button is used to activate it. 3. Governor switch monitoring. We use a normally opened contact located inside the A3 governor casing (NOTE: the contact must be wired to the control system). When the control sends the order to run and the coil is supplied with power, said coil will move a mechanical arm to which it is connected, closing the contact and thereby allowing the lift to move freely. 4. Disabling the A3 governor during installation. The A3 coil is connected to a threaded metal rod which it operates. This rod projects out from the casing where it is housed and has a nut fitting at its far end. In addition, outside the casing, there is a metal plate attached with screws (see pictures below). with a normally opened push In order to prevent the coil’s operation during installation, simply move the metal plate sideways towards the threaded metal rod shown. This prevents the arm returning to its rest position and keeps the governor totally disabled (see right-hand picture). At the same time, a bridge must be established between terminals 5 and 9 from relay KA13. If this is not done, the command to set the lift in motion (even if it is just to set the encoder offset) will cause the drive unit to suffer an error 65. NOTE: once the governor's wiring system and electrical connections have been fitted, the governor’s mechanical immobilisation must be removed, as must the bridge established in relay KA13. DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 24 de 28 @c. LE INSTALLATION come arr Quine 9.3 OVERSPEED GOVERNOR OPERATION Once the command to set the lift in motion is given, the drive unit sends out a digital signal which activates relay KA12. KA12 activation results in the power supply reaching the governor's coil, which unlocks it. Relay KA13 monitors the governor's state: when the governor is unlocked, the relay is activated, closing the 5-9 connection and allowing the control system to power contactors KM1, KM2 and KM8. ‘Once the ‘stop’ command is given, the digital signal which powers relay KA12 is switched off after a 3-second delay (in other words, the drive unit will maintain relay KA12 power supply for 3 seconds following receipt of the ‘stop’ command). In the case of relay KA13, if for whatever reason it continues to be powered after the ‘stop’ ‘command, the control system will not allow any subsequent start-up, and will show error CC41. Until relay KA13 is switched off, the lift cannot be moved again. Overspeed governor testing should be carried out as previously laid out, independently of the governor model. With the car in motion, the control system test button is pressed and this should trip the safety gear. NOTE: During rescue procedures, the A3 governor coil also requires power supply (otherwise pressing the brake release button would trip the safety gear). When the rescue switch is pressed, power is supplied to the A3 governor coil. 9.4 Overspeed governor test procedure 1. Bridge the contacts from the overspeed governor and the safety gear (this must be done in order to prevent the lift from stopping when the governor triggers) Moye the lift on inspection using the Up or Down buttons from the IMI board 3. Keep relay KAT3 energized by pressing the tongue from the relay (this must be done in order to prevent the lift from stopping when the governor triggers) 4, Press the red button in the control panel to engage the overspeed governor 5. To disengage the safety gear, move the lift on inspection in the opposite direction than the one followed when testing the governor 6. Measure voltage between terminals 1 and 4: the correct voltage is 24 V. 3. | Check the voltage of the CAN BUS communication terminals: 3.4 | Configure the multimeter to measure DC voltage in 2 20 V scale. 3.2 Measure the voltage between terminals 2 and 4 on connector CQ (AL1 board, CAN BUS A) ‘2 | and CR( CAN BUS B) 3.3 Measure the voltage between terminals 3 and 4 on connectors CQ (CAN BUS A) & CR (CAN 3 | BUS B) 3.4 | The two last measurements must be exactly the same, and should be around 2.5 Vac, 4 | Turn offthe tift 5 _| Unplug the emergency battery (connector CU on the AL‘ board). 6 | Check CAN BUS Impedance: 6.1 | Configure the multimeter to measure resistance in the 200 9 scale. Measure resistance between terminals 2 and 3 of connectors CQ (CAN BUS A) and CR (CAN BUS B). The correct value is 60.0. Ifthe value obtained is not 60 0, measure each branch of the CAN Bus: if there are 3, each of them should be 180 0; if there are 2, 120 0. Check CAN Bus drawings 7 _| Check there are not crossed wires or short-circuits 7.4 | Configure the multimeter to measure resistance in a 2 kO scale. 72 Measure the resistance between the following pairs of terminals: tand4 -2and4 -3and4 -tand2 stands The result should be an open circuit in all cases DATE : 19/09/12 PAGE 28 de 28 a 1 | re aaa gee iy is ee 7 inn: —_ = as @. aus] CONTROL PANEL B_| nwa coon a | ee res me ‘© [At evo coneeor ‘noe a | A oo cones [se wom oo [aren one er Bee ne come Te [wernt e [wen sa comer eee mre IE [earners omar m_ | oxen va emer rece | mst arcNER CoE [rm ir 3 cer {ere =| va | ome a carer | CHARACTERISTICS.
