Come previsto dal bando per l’ammissione al Corso di laurea a numero programmato in Genomics,
emanato con provvedimento dirigenziale Rep. 1623 Prot. n. 67829 del 14/03/2023, è avviata la
selezione straordinaria per la copertura dei posti rimasti disponibili alla chiusura delle selezioni
ordinarie A.A. 2023/2024.
I posti totali disponibili e riservati ai cittadini italiani, cittadini dell’Unione Europea, cittadini non-
UE equiparati sono 18.

Per tutti gli aspetti che regolano la presente procedura di selezione straordinaria non
espressamente riportati in questo avviso, è necessario consultare il Bando di ammissione a.a.

Questa università ha da tempo avviato un importante lavoro di sensibilizzazione ai fini del

contrasto agli stereotipi di genere. In quest’ottica si è deciso di dare maggiore visibilità linguistica
alle differenze. Laddove in questo documento, unicamente a scopo di semplificazione, è usato il
maschile la forma è da intendersi riferita in maniera inclusiva a tutte le persone che operano
nell’ambito della comunità stessa.

1. REQUISITI
Per essere ammesso alla selezione straordinaria è necessario essere in possesso dei requisiti di
accesso indicati alla SEZIONE 1, paragrafo 1.2, del Bando di ammissione a.a. 2023/2024

2. COME PARTECIPARE - ISCRIVERSI ALLA SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA

(riservata ai cittadini italiani, cittadini dell’Unione Europea, cittadini non-UE equiparati)
Entro la scadenza prevista nel CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA:

• Accedere a Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it) secondo le modalità di seguito indicate

in base alla tua casistica:

o usa le credenziali SPID o CIE. Il sistema recupererà automaticamente i tuoi dati

anagrafici e al termine creerà le tue credenziali di Ateneo
(nome.cognome@studio.unibo.it);

 o se sei un minore senza SPID vai su www.studenti.unibo.it e scegli “Registrati”. Al
termine il sistema creerà le tue credenziali di Ateneo
(nome.cognome@studio.unibo.it);
o se sei uno studente internazionale che non ha un documento di identità rilasciato in
Italia vai su www.studenti.unibo.it scegli “Registrati” e successivamente “Registrazione
studenti internazionali”. Al termine il sistema creerà le tue credenziali di Ateneo
(nome.cognome@studio.unibo.it).

È fondamentale la massima precisione nell’inserimento dei tuoi dati (nome, cognome, data e
località di nascita) su www.studenti.unibo.it, in quanto devono coincidere con quelli inseriti su
www.cisiaonline.it per sostenere l’English TOLC-I affinché il tuo nominativo sia presente nella
graduatoria.

• Iscriviti alla selezione.

o Clicca su “Richiesta di ammissione – Partecipa alla selezione”.

o Seleziona “Laurea”.
o Scegli il concorso denominato “GENOMICS”.
• Carica su Studenti Online www.studenti.unibo.it i seguenti documenti, in formato pdf:

o copia fronte/retro del documento di identità in corso di validità o copia del passaporto
riportante i dati anagrafici. Il documento deve riportare chiaramente la data di
scadenza;
o certificato attestante la conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2 o superiore;
o obbligatorio per i candidati non-UE equiparati: copia del permesso di soggiorno
italiano in corso di validità, o copia della richiesta di rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno,
che consente l’equiparazione. Verificare chi sono gli studenti non-UE equiparati alla
pagina https://www.unibo.it/it/internazionale/chi-sono-gli-studenti-internazionali.

• Verifica che tutti i documenti caricati su Studenti Online www.studenti.unibo.it siano

completi e corretti come richiesto.

• Paga il contributo.
Procedi fino al pagamento del contributo di 20,00 euro seguendo le indicazioni che
compaiono su Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it). Tale contributo non potrà essere in
nessun caso rimborsato (vedi CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA). L’iscrizione è valida
solo dopo il versamento del contributo.
Il pagamento non è dovuto se hai partecipato alla seconda selezione ordinaria.

• Verifica su Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it) l’elenco dei candidati per i quali non
risulta nessun English TOLC-I ricevuto.

 Alla data indicata al punto 2a del CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA consulta, sulla
pagina principale di Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it) alla sezione di dettaglio delle
“Richieste in corso”, l’elenco dei candidati per i quali non risulta alcun English TOLC-I ricevuto.
Se rientri in questo elenco, pena l’esclusione dalla selezione, entro il termine perentorio
indicato al punto 2b del CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA, invia alla casella di posta
della segreteria studenti di Farmacia, Biotecnologie e Scienze Motorie
(segfarbiomot@unibo.it) una mail con oggetto “ATTESTATO English TOLC-I” allegando:
o l’attestato dell’ultimo English TOLC-I utile per la selezione che hai sostenuto (che
riporta il codice fiscale e la data del TOLC);

o il tuo documento di identità o il passaporto.

Per essere assistito e guidato nella compilazione on line della domanda di iscrizione alla selezione,
puoi rivolgerti telefonicamente all’Help Desk di Studenti Online al numero 051 20 80 301 o inviare
un’email all’indirizzo help.studentionline@unibo.it.

3. GRADUATORIA E RECUPERO
Al termine della selezione straordinaria è compilata la graduatoria generale di merito.
I candidati sono posizionati in ordine decrescente di punteggio.
La graduatoria è pubblicata su Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it), nella pagina principale alla
sezione di dettaglio delle “Richieste in corso”.
Questa pubblicazione rappresenta l'unico mezzo di pubblicità legale sull’esito della selezione.
La data di pubblicazione della graduatoria è contenuta nel CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA .
I criteri per la definizione della graduatoria sono indicati alla SEZIONE 3, paragrafo 3.1 del Bando di
ammissione a.a. 2023/2024

• RECUPERO

Il candidato non vincitore nella graduatoria può dichiarare l’interesse ad essere recuperato.
Le tempistiche entro cui dichiarare l’interesse ad essere recuperato sono indicate nel
CALENDARIO SELEZIONE STRAORDINARIA e devono essere rispettate perentoriamente per non
essere esclusi dalla procedura.
ATTENZIONE: il sistema di recupero non è automatico, è necessario dichiarare sempre l’interesse
a essere recuperato per non essere escluso dalla procedura.
Le modalità per richiedere il recupero sono indicate al paragrafo 3.2.1 del Bando di ammissione
a.a. 2023/2024

4. IMMATRICOLAZIONE
I vincitori della graduatoria, potranno immatricolarsi entro i termini perentori previsti e indicati nel
CALENDARIO GENERALE secondo le modalità indicate alla SEZIONE 4 – IMMATRICOLAZIONE del
Bando di ammissione a.a. 2023/2024.

EXTRAORDINARY SELECTION to access the First-Cycle Degree in
GENOMICS
Academic Year 2023/2024

This is an adapted translation in English of the original Notice for the

2023/2024 Genomics Extraordinary Selection in Italian and it is made only for
publicity purposes. For resolving any dispute and for all legal purposes only the
Italian version of the act is valid, and prevailing with regard to the exact
interpretation of the rules contained within, also in case of potential disputes.

As ruled by the Genomics 2022/2023 Call for Applications (Rep. 1623 Prot. n. 67829 del
14/03/2023), the extraordinary selection is activated as there are 18 available positions left after
the two selections.
The available positions are addressed to Italian, EU and EU-assimilated candidates.
For the specific information related to the extraordinary selection to access the Programme in
A.Y. 2023/2024 please read the Call for Applications, available in the “Admission” Section of the

ADMISSION REQUISITES
To be admitted to the extraordinary selection you need to fulfill the requirements listed in Section
1 of the Call for Applications, point 1.2.

APPLICATION
Before the deadline set in the Extraordinary Selection Calendar you must:

• Access Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it) according to the modality based on you own
case:
o use SPID or CIE Credentials. The system will automatically get your Data and will
create your credentials as name.surname@studio.unibo.it;
o if you are a minor without SPID go to www.studenti.unibo.it and choose “Registrati”
(you may then switch to English by clicking on the top left button). The Unibo
Credentials (name.surname@studio.unibo.it) that will be created are valid throughout
the whole academic career and are required to access all online services at Unibo.
o if you are an international student and you do not have and ID Document issued in
Italy, go to www.studenti.unibo.it and choose “Registrati” (you may then switch to
English by clicking on the top left button). The Unibo Credentials
(name.surname@studio.unibo.it) that will be created are valid throughout the whole
academic career and are required to access all online services at Unibo.
Please make sure you insert all your data carefully (use the format: day/month/year). Your
data must match those on the CISIA Website (www.cisiaonline.it) in order to get your tests
results correctly.

• Register to the selection

o Click on “Entrance exams or requirements check”
o Select “First cycle degree programme”
o Select “Genomics”

• Upload the following documents in PDF format on Studenti Online www.studenti.unibo.it:

 o Copy of your valid ID (both sides) or valid passport. The document must clearly show the
expiry date;
o English Language Certificate, B2 level or higher;
o Mandatory for EU-assimilated candidates: Copy of your valid Italian Residence Permit
or copy of the request of renewal. Only some Residence Permits entitle citizens to be
EU-assimilated. Check here for more information:

• Check that the all the required documents are uploaded correctly

• Pay the required fee

Pay the 20€ required fee according to the modalities you’ll find on Studenti Online
(www.studenti.unibo.it), which is not refundable. If you do not pay the fee within the deadline
set in the General Calendar, your registration will not be valid.
You don’t have to pay the fee if you already applied in the 2023/2024 Genomics second
selection.

• Check the list of candidates whose English TOLC-I was not received by the University of
Bologna on Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it).
On the date appointed in point 2a in the Extraordinary Selection Calendar, check the list of
candidates whose English TOLC-I was not received by the University of Bologna on Studenti
Online – Section “Requests in Progress” (www.studenti.unibo.it).
If your name is in this list, you need to send an e-mail (Object: ATTESTATO English TOLC-I) with
the following documents within the set deadline (see General Calendar) to the Student
Administration Office of Pharmacy Biotechnology and Sport Science (segfarbiomot@unibo.it):
o The certificate of the last English TOLC-I test taken (it must include your Fiscal Code and
the date when you took the English TOLC-I test);
o A copy of your valid ID document/passport

RANKING AND OPEN POSITIONS

At the end of the extraordinary selection there will be a specific ranking based on the points
attained, from the highest score to the lowest.
The ranking is published on Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it), in the “Requests in Progress”
Section. Rankings will not be published otherwise.

The ranking will be published according to the schedule available in the Extraordinary Selection
Calendar.
Ranking criteria are pointed out in Section 3, point 3.1 of the 2023/2024 Call for Applications.
Open Positions
Open positions will be available only if candidates marked as “VINCITORE” do not enrol eventually.
The schedule is available in the Extraordinary Selection Calendar and you must stick to them,
otherwise you’ll be left out of the selection.
This is not an automatic procedure, if you do not express your interest in open positions you will
be left out of the selection!
Specific information on how to apply to open positions is available in point 3.2.1 of the 2023/2024
Call for Applications.

ENROLMENT
Candidates entitled with a position (vincitore) must enroll according to the specific schedule set
out in the Extraordinary Selection Calendar, following the instructions available in Section 4 of the
2023/2024 Call for Applications.
