Conclusion Mukta For a negotiation to be win-win , both the parties should feel positive about the negotiation once it is over . For example if Isabella was forced to stay in the organization , without any monetary benefits it would have created dissatisfaction in her heart towards the organization . To keep a good working relationship Martina has to consider Isabellas demand and be co-operative to some extent so as to lose Isabella to some other employer . Both sides should feel satisfied with the agreement which is considered to be winwin situation for both the parties .
