The kit and plans you have purchaHed reprel'ent. many hourR of thought, research and plan
ning. The materials In the parts are the finest obtuinahle at the present time. We feel that
we are offering a high quality product at as a price as is possible
kit of main eng-ine casting, 'a' head and two flywheels;
all of high quality grey iron. It. alHo includes an aluminum casting to machine your piston,
a die casting to form your connecting- rod, and a set of timing gear:; with completed cam lobe.

The gear provided has a shaft hole. This ro tlst he to fit crankshaft. It
should be a snug fit. ,

FLYWHEELS - DRAWING 5
1. Chuck flywheel casting with large side 'of hub toward
2. Pace tlywhcl'1 rim llnd 'huh section.
3. Cut shoulder on inHide edge of rim. of flywheel are not critical; but
both flywheel:.. should be the same for good appearance.
4. On one flywheel, cut outside of hub to diameter and face surface of spokes to
2" diameter for governor mounting.
5. Reverse flywheel and clamp internally by shouHer On inside of rim.
6. Face rim and surface of hub. Undercut rim.
7. Centerdrill bore and ream shaft holes to %".
8. Hub of governor flywheel should be turned to 1%".
9. Hub of drive flywheel should be turned to sig-ht crown for small flat belt.
10. Turn circumference of flywheel flat.
11. Drill and tap for Het screws or key aH desired.
12. Drill and tap governor fl.vwhtlel for machine sercw.

shape.
