OCTOBER 2011 FROM ME TO THEE, by Vikki T Hi guys!

For those of you on the East Coast who experienced their first earthquake in decades, welcome to what life on the West Coast has been like forever. Ive been in half a dozen quakes and so far, have never experienced one I didnt enjoy. We dont get many free rides in life, and Ive always thought of an earthquake as a free ride, courtesy of Mother Earth ---(but thats just me). Even aside from that, life is getting more intense and amazing day by day, isnt it? Every notch that gets cranked up feels close to tilt, then a bit later, darned if you dont feel it get even more intenseand yet, were still here. It reminds me of the song that goes, Its the end of the world as we know it..and I feel fine. There was a joke to the effect that If you can keep your head while everyone around you is losing theirs..you obviously have NO idea of the situation. But I beg to differ. I see it as the only people who CAN keep their heads in these intensities and in those to come are those who REALLY know whats going on. When you take a step back for necessary perspective, you come back to the fact that everything that you see and everything that is happening is energy, and this energy is bringing the change that has been anticipated for centuries. It holds the potential for the highest and best for those of us who keep our center and keep our focus on love and peace. We have to rely on our own center and faith in the universe during the apparent chaos on the surface. You cannot count on anyone outside yourself for happiness or security. All external sources will fail sooner or later, either through peoples behavior, misunderstandings, or death.and during these times, planet-wide changes.

Birthing is a messy business, but its miracle far outweighs the temporary labor pains, even in the case of earth changesso our challenge is to keep our focus on the baby, not the contractions. We do have that option, and I try to celebrate each moment. I focus on whats right in front of me moment to moment; its all we really havethe now. An interesting message came in from Patricia Cota-Robles in relation to August 17th, the day I left for my adventure in British Columbia. Its called Divine Love is the Order of the NEW Day on Planet Earth (www.eraofpeace.org). It reads: On August 17th, powerful Angels associated with the Divine Qualities of Healing, Restoration, Transformation, and Transfiguration entered the aura of every person on Earth. With permission from each persons I AM Presence, these selfless Messengers of God volunteered to remain with us and to bathe us with their Gift of Sacred Fire until we are wholly Ascended and FREE. On this Holy Day we were also blessed with an Angel of Resurrection and an Angel of Ascension. These precious Beings of Light will also remain with us until our Ascension in the Light is complete. They will assist each one of us through the process of transforming the carbon-based planetary cells of our Earthly Bodies into the crystalline-based solar cells of our Solar Light Bodies. On the pet frontI think Mabel (the girl cat we thought was a boy, the way she marched right past Bear on her first day here), I think she may be trying to be a dog. This morning as I fed Bear, I heard the pitter-patter of little paws racing back and forth the length of the shopa lighter version of Bears routine. For a moment, I had them racing simultaneously. It was a hoot. As I type this Maggie is giving my arm a bath punctuated by gentle love bites. Shes smaller, so its easier to type with her on my lap, but of course, all the girls insist on lap time no matter how inconvenient it might be. Its a cat thing. I completed 3 months camping out in the office while the house project got done. (No, I wasnt moving back in as you read Septembers mailing, darn it!) During that time, sunrise marched backward from brightness before 6 AM to it being dusky now at 7. I AM back at the house now, and it was worth the wait. Ill share pictures if you like. Got a nice note with a recent renewal from Dorothy S. your paper helps me feel connected to (a) higher way of thinking, as so many around me wouldnt understand newer way of thinking. This feeling of isolation is something CAC members have written about for

years, so Im pleased to share some great news: there is now a CAC Online Forum. Veronica, my dear, there is a cry going out all over your world for truth and justice. Unfortunately, people do not always want to accept the real truth as it does not fit with what they believe to be true. Firstly, it must be understood that your history does not give a true picture, not even remotely, and so it causes great confusion in the minds of many. The truth is there if you care to look for it. I did so in the last years of my last life. I did find the truth. I realized that all that I had accepted as fact was pure fiction, whose only goal was to enslave mankind. All you needed was common sense to see that what was being forced on you was total fabrication. You could understand primitive man accepting some of it; but now, when research has been made easy, there is no excuse for accepting it at all. Yes, I know my dear, they savagely attack those who question their "truth". The only truth you need to follow is that INFINITE LOVE IS THE ONLY TRUTH, EVERYTHING ELSE IS ILLUSION. It is good to know that even in 'death', my words serve to open minds. You were pleasantly surprised to see, blazoned across the screen at Dave Patrick's lecture on Francis Bacon, "Nothing is as it seems". Montague Keen, our work does not go unnoticed ! As you awaken from the control system you feel the love that each day is becoming more powerful. First, you must learn to love and accept yourself. Do not punish yourself for not living up to what others expect of you. Look in the mirror, open up to the Being of Light that you see there. Love and accept them and you will see a new you blossom before your eyes. Others will respond with love to this Being of Light that you project to the world. It is only when you see the love and light in others, that you will see clearly that war is always wrong. You cannot hurt those you love and respect. Know that they, too, are struggling to care for those they love. It is not easy learning the lessons you are on Earth to learn. Darling, you know only too well, how I was made to suffer for my beliefs. I never wavered or apologized, for in my soul I knew that I was right in the beliefs that I held. Look to your higher self, you have all the answers deep within your soul. The memories of all past lives are there, ready to be tapped into, whenever you need to understand why you are asked to carry out certain projects. You are not just the person that you are in this life. You are much more than that. Try to refrain from criticizing others who do not see eye to eye with you. They may hold different views. It does not make them wrong. People see things in the way that is most comfortable to them. There are many different views as to how The Shift will affect people. It will differ in different parts of the world. But one thing is absolutely clear: that it will affect everyone. The most important thing to remember is - do not be fearful - this is what the Dark Cabal wants. Trust that each of you will welcome the love and light it will bring to you, and know that for you to enter the fifth dimension, this is the doorway through which each of you must go. You see in your Press that they are now reluctantly accepting that the banking system is finished. Few of you fully understand the extent of the corruption in banking alone. They have destroyed whole countries. They created poverty and suffering whenever and wherever they chose to do so. But their hideaways have been demolished. They will face the consequences of their actions. They will face their karma. They were given several opportunities to redeem themselves, but they refused.

The curtain will lift, all will be revealed. Love, harmony and peace will become the norm. Everything that controlled you will go. The energy of love will alter everything. Money will never, ever again, be able to destroy lives. There will be plenty for all. It amazes you how all the right people are coming forward. I told you that you did not need to look for them, they would come to you. The universe knows what is needed. We enjoy guiding you and C, to look at, and when necessary, to energize certain objects. Then you see firsthand as the doors open and the truth flows out from all directions. Try to see the love in everyone and everything around you. Let all that you do, be done in the name of love. When you have real love in your life you have everything. The destruction of the control system is well under way. You do not have long to wait now. The animal kingdom will respond to The Shift better than humans. Animals retain their connection to the pulse of Mother Earth. You just have to look at how they know when to move to higher ground whenever a tsunami is about to happen. No one has to tell them, they know instinctively. The human link to Mother Earth was deliberately cut for control purposes; but worry not, it will be restored. You will also reconnect with your fellow beings from other planets. You will enjoy the great reunion that is planned. You are living through interesting times. Relax and enjoy coming out of the darkness that was imposed on you. REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
Last year I replaced all the windows in my house with those expensive, double-pane, energy-efficient kind. Today, I got a call from the contractor who installed them. He complained that the work had been completed a year ago and I still hadn't paid for them. Hellloooo,............just because I'm blonde doesn't mean that I am automatically stupid. So, I told him just what his fast-talking sales guy told me last year... that these windows would pay for themselves in a year,,, Helllooooo? It's been a year, so they're paid for, I told him.. There was only silence at the other end of the line, so I finally hung up. He never called back. I bet he felt like an idiot.

The Arcturians - Changes Without Fear - August 28, 2011

One way or another, most of mankind is now in the process of releasing any and everything that is of the old energy simply because it cannot ascend with you. This is the reason you may often feel sick or tired...It is time to come forward and claim your power...Everything is energy, which can be of a lower resonance (untruth) or higher resonance (truth/light). Ascension is your free will choice... Channeler: Marilyn Raffaele Greetings dear ones. Once again we of the Arcturian Group are here to speak and tell you of the great light you are bringing to Mother Earth at this time. She is working very hard to do her clearing without harm, but she too is preparing herself for ascension and needs to adjust the energy where necessary. As with Gaia, we also see you adjusting according to the changes that are taking place on earth. No longer are you so frightened by the many unusual events you hear about because you are beginning to understand what is going on. This understanding is adding to a world consciousness from which all mankind can then draw. Thus your awakening is helping others to awaken--it puts these higher ideas of truth into a universal bank so to speak, that others may draw upon should they choose. All is according to free will, so if an individual chooses to remain in the old energy, that is perfectly fine. However, as the old energy dissolves, its manifestations likewise dissolve, as is the case with your financial system. We would like to speak of those changes coming so that you will not be in an energy of fear. We see your planet experiencing many weather related changes. We speak of weather that you are not used to, that is warm where usually cold and cold where usually warm and these types of things. You see, all is shifting and changing and weather is a part of it, so be open to events that may come your way even if you are unable to understand them in the light of what is familiar. Everything at this point has a part in the shifting frequencies and is in a state of flux. This is not a bad thing, for you will be happy with many of these changes. Destructive weather patterns will fulfill their purpose and be finished. Many will see their local temperatures change and will wonder about this, however as we have said, everything in and of the earth is now involved in the clearing of old and integration of new frequencies. The new energies resonate with peace, calm, and joy and are not of anxiety or frustration. Those who are used to functioning solely from lower frequencies will have a hard time being in joy and comfort. But just try it, you will like it. As an individual becomes comfortable within themselves, they no longer need drama and extremes in order to feel alive. Much of this was an effort within the lower frequencies of the third dimension to feel alive, to feel a sense of doing something--the thrill of survival is an energy from long ago although it is still alive and well for many who love extreme activities. The more violent of these will slip away silently and you will find yourselves living more easily and in more joy and you will wonder when it all happened. Everyone is releasing old memories, old ideas, old hurts and old beliefs. Most can easily clear in a general way, but those bigger pockets of energy buried deep from this or other lifetimes must come to a conscious level to be released. Your job is not to pull painful emotions or beliefs back into your consciousness by saying "Oh I am this" or "I am that"-claiming them for your personal self, but your job is to allow their release, choosing to let them go. These never were yours, but reflect an old state of consciousness you are now leaving. Speak to your cells and tell them that it is time to release all that is old and finished. Inform them that they will never again need to experience a particular painful energy. Cellular memory holds fear from any and all terrifying events of past lifetimes; memories that you are not consciously aware of. You sense it when you react to certain events or ideas in ways you do not fully understand. Perhaps you were burned at the stake for being a healer and even though you are drawn to healing now, a part of you may shy back and prevent you from pursuing it.--this is cellular memory. When you speak to your cells, they hear you, there is a cellular

consciousness. Make it your intention and a choice (you can do this in your quiet time) to release all heavy or negative energies that may still be resonating within your energy field and ask your Guides and teachers to help you with this. Often memories of past experiences come to a conscious level through dreams because much releasing is done while in the sleep state. You may simply become aware of something needing to be released without any effort on your part or you will observe something in another which in turn triggers a response and then release within self. Energy sessions with an evolved light worker often brings the necessary information to a conscious level. One way or another, most of mankind is now in the process of releasing any and everything that is of the old energy simply because it cannot ascend with you. We encourage you to stop looking outside of yourselves for your guidance and answers whether looking to Guides, teachers, religious leaders, government leaders, or anyone else you look to for answers. Your Guides are ever present to offer suggestions and to guide YOUR decisions, but not to tell you what to do as many believe. It is time to come forward and claim your power, which means realizing that help may come through another, but it is your attained state of consciousness of divine completeness that is manifesting as the help. In this way you take back the power you have through ignorance, given to others. You acknowledge that by virtue of your Oneness with Source you are complete and whole and as you attain this state of consciousness, it will translate into what is needed in the outer. We do not say, that is it wrong to consult those who can help, we only say that as you begin to realize who you really are, you begin to trust that the final word can be yours. We wish to say that all will be presented with experiences that offer the needed opportunities to practice. That is, if needed, women will get opportunities to practice bringing in their male energy (active, be-er, do-or, energy). Men will get opportunities to bring in their feminine aspect (the receptive, intuitive). Try not to look upon these opportunities as problems, but see them for what they are--experiences needed for growth. You who have chosen ascension are getting everything you need to bring it about even though it may seem at times that you are being overwhelmed with "opportunities". Ask yourself in the midst of some crisis; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way"? This allows you a glimpse into your belief system and will enable you to become aware of and then release all that no longer serves you. Trust that you are getting guidance. Listen to your intuition, and rest in Center at all times, All is, was, and ever will be, ONE. We are the Arcturian Group serving you our brothers and sisters in love.

We would remind you of how powerful you are as individuals, and how you have more influence on what conditions are around you than you might think. That is why we often remind you of the need to be focussed upon all that is positive. In a time when there are may dire predictions going around, you can offset them by concentrating on all that is positive such as the many beneficial changes that are about to manifest. Many of you are beginning to realise that where you place your energy is exactly where it will work to bring about your desires. The problem lies with those who focus on the negative not realising that they are empowering it. It may sound odd to some people, but that is how the Law of Attraction works. It knows not what the outcome will be, but powers whatever it is you have in mind. When you accept and fully understand your true potential, you will know that you have unlimited powers, and some of you use them without realising it. An example would be self-healing, although some do not understand that by focussing upon the illness you need to tell yourself that you are healed. By affirming that you are ill and telling your body that you are it perpetuates the condition, and this is because the Law of Attraction does not question the reason behind it. When you consider the larger picture and your coming Ascension, then clearly your focus should be firmly placed in that area. Bypass the negative thoughts being expressed by those who are concerned about their future, and have little or no knowledge of what is occurring at this most important time. You can in fact help offset the negative thoughts being put around, and where possible help those who are worried by expressing your confidence in the future. The media is gearing up for the anniversary of 9/11 and still does not feel free to discuss the obvious evidence that it was an inside job. They will carry on supporting the official verdict that is patently false and contrived to protect the real criminals. who will answer for their crimes in the Courts of Justice.. Knowing that justice will always take place, you need have no concern about the outcome of any crimes against Humanity. By doing so will only continue to energise the same fears again, that is clearly to be avoided. We do in fact have too much concern over such issues, as there is so much good news circulating about the wonderful future that awaits you, Events are near to occurring that will immediately attract peoples attention away from the present conditions. They will inject great hope and anticipation of the better times that are about to be brought about. Lightworkers are very important in this respect as they can help others to understand the goal that lies ahead, bringing answers to the problems that have overwhelmed them. It is therefore important that you spread your knowledge far and wide as it will uplift those who hitherto had little or no knowledge about it. You are in exceptional times that have shown the worst of the dark Ones and the best of the Light energies that are ever increasing and bringing calmness to you. They will be growing more powerful by the day, and 11.11.11 will bring about a great leap forward that many will actually experience. It will be the commencement of a new period that will bring more changes in your levels of consciousness. It will continue and put you well on the path galactic consciousness. After all, you are great Beings of Light that are re-claiming your rightful place in the Cosmos. Our task is to see that you do so, and we are about to open up the final pathway to Ascension and beyond. Life largely goes on as before, but people are being inspired to envision the future, which will make the transition much easier. Also many souls that have now grown to maturity are ready to share their advanced knowledge with you. No longer will the dark Ones be able to suppress ideas and inventions that lift up your quality of life. Knowledge was always meant to be shared for the betterment of everyone, and beyond your cycle of duality that is how it is. In the energies of Love and Light it is the most natural thing to do, and helps everyone to share the benefits. Greed and

selfishness are peculiar to the lower dimensions where Self is considered before all else. However, that is already changing and many kind and loving souls simply wait the opportunity to serve others. Many of you will have no doubt noted that we have shown our craft often in large numbers where they can be seen by hundreds of people... Sometimes it is just for your viewing, but we still have our own responsibilities to keep your atmosphere clean, and monitor activities on Earth. We are particularly interested in the physical changes and can calculate the outcome quite accurately. That means we can take actions that hold back the more likely repercussions, yet at the same time allow Mother Earth the scope to make the needed changes. These are certainly interesting times to be on Earth, and as you often say, the best is still to come. Set aside your concerns about how the great upliftment will be achieved, as it is well planned and we oversee every aspect of it. Everything that is happening at this time is in some way connected with the ultimate goal to get you safely to Ascension. Once we can openly speak with you the full detail will be given to you in a worldwide broadcast. We have nothing to hide or hold back from you, and indeed we dearly wish to share this grand adventure with you all. You are One and will come together more quickly when the truth is revealed. The divisions between you have been deliberately placed there by the Illuminati and their followers, and maintained to exert complete control over you. That will all change quite rapidly and the barriers are already beginning to break down. Those who are enlightened can see that you are all souls experiencing together, and that colour and religion, or different histories and cultures are of no consequence. 1. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Billions upon billions of sparklers aptly describes your world as we see it, with countless sparks of light radiating from lightworkers and spiritually awakening souls. This is a splendid way for you to think of your world and to visualize it too, so as to lift the lower vibrations of those who see it as topsy-turvy because they dont understand the changes afoot. 2. The Illuminati do understand and they are not handling the changes at all well. It is as if they are on a roller coaster that once had powerful highs with few mild dips and now the ride is bunched up wobbly lows. Because the makeup of dark hearts and minds is fear, they need fear to sustain themselvesit is their fuel and they know it is running low. Instead of dwelling on fearful feelings, many people are being stalwart, innovative and ingenious as they deal with difficult circumstances; they are bartering goods and services, sharing resources and residences, or receiving other types of assistance. The caring of the helpers and the gratitude of the receivers is generating brilliant light. 3. As for the Illuminati, compared to their former iron grasp on the global economy, they have but an iota of maneuvering capability left. All of their major terrorism attempts since 9/11 have failed. Members and their minions are defecting from the ranks. Although they still have the ability to manipulate weather and originate earthquakes, their intended massive death toll and devastation consistently is lessened by spaceship crews and their technology. The focus on peace keeps growing worldwide and weary troops have no more will to fight. Demands for alternative energy sources to oil and nuclear power are gaining strength much to the dismay of the Illuminati, who profit handsomely from those power sources. And worst of all for the dark ones, their eternal nemesis, light, keeps intensifying. 4. To cling to the fragile remnants of their former control, they have to refuel themselves, and disseminating fear-filled information is one means left to them. Unfortunately for the unwary, in this the Illuminati are masterful. They still have enough media control to assure that on the tenth anniversary of 9/11, you will be inundated with photos of planes hitting the towers and other pictures along with sorrowful stories, all strategically selected to spike emotions of anger and revenge to keep violence going, and, predictably, they are circulating reports of possible terrorist attacks on September 11. 5. You know the importance of discernment about all information in mainstream media, Internet reports and telepathic transmissions, and whenever the opportunity arises, please alert people to the purpose of widely publicized information based in negativity. The faster fear is quelled, the sooner the recalcitrant Illuminati will have no choice but to accept that the long era of their self-serving systems is over. 6. Not only have their one-time firmly entrenched strongholds been dislodged, but they have been told that their end is inevitable. Individuals from highly advanced civilizations, who appear in their natural forms so there can be no mistake whatsoever of their identity and reason for being on the planet, have advised them of the consequences if they continue refusing to cooperate with the light forces. Still, no one in the light is underestimating the tenacity and ability of the Illuminati to create havoc for a while longer. Because greed and lust for power are so deeply inculcated in the darkest of the dark, they still are in denial that their efforts to hang on will be futile. 7. Implementing new systems to serve all peoples is underway; however, much of this activity is still under wraps, and this is purposeful. Third density psyches have limited capacity to assimilate dramatic differences in one fell swoop, particularly in conjunction with the many truths that will be revealed: The turmoil in your world today is the struggle of duality, the light vs the darkness in souls.

Many thousands of people from other civilizations, including reptilians, are living on the planet; most are in the light, others are not. Creator Source is the Supreme Being of the cosmos, God is the Supreme Being of this universe; other gods or goddesses reign over the other universes. The Beginning of eternal life is the total light-love energy of Creator and the goal of every soul throughout multiple lifetimes is to return to that pure essence. Each person is a god or goddess, inextricably and eternally connected with Creator, God and each other. Religions developed into mind control of the masses, and both heaven and hell are in Earths one spirit world. Every soul has homosexual lifetimes as advanced steps toward androgyny, the balance of feminine and masculine energies that souls need to continue evolving spiritually and intellectually. For millennia the Illuminati and their forebears have adversely impacted every aspect of life on Earth. Some of the most powerful individuals on the planet have been cloned by the Illuminati, sometimes against the persons will; in the case of death or replacing the live person with the clone, the continuity of those influential positions is preserved. Linear time exists only on Earth; the reality is that past, present and future is a series of events happening simultaneously in the continuum. Earth is a highly evolved soul on a swift ascension course that is nearing fourth density and she will continue on to her destination in fifth. 8. Can you imagine your reaction if suddenly you were confronted with all those truths and otherslike the real perpetrators of 9/11along with adjusting to profound changes? Even with measured release of evidence and initiation of new systems insofar as possible in the months to come, it will be an overwhelming challenge for the many who still are slumbering unaware, and your calming influence will be greatly needed in the months ahead. Simply by staying steadfast in the light, your innate wisdom and spiritual strength will guide you in all assistance endeavors. 9. We know that many of you are experiencing periods of considerable unease mentally, emotionally or physically. We hasten to assure you that in most cases, depending on soul contracts, those are natural reactions to the multitude of differing vibrations emanating from everything that is happening in your world. Actually, in the universe, where massive energy fluctuations are happening as the light battles the darkness. 10. Because Earth is a microcosm of the universe and each of you is a microcosm of Earth, you are affected minutely by universal events because everything everywhere is related. However, you are immeasurably more affected by the closer energies on the planet, where the high vibrations of the light are in conflict with the low vibrations emitted by dark individuals, their misuse of technology, and the anguish and physical suffering their activities cause. This conflict and your unsettled feelings will ease as the light continues to vanquish the darkness. 11. Furthermore, you have the ability to help yourselves in the vibratory respect. It is understandable that the plight of many millions of people and animals is extremely distressing to sensitive, caring individuals, but please do not allow your emotions to be drawn into their traumas. The low vibrations of distress about others anxiety, hopelessness and especially fear fracture the balance you need to keep your light steady, and that fracturing helps none of those many millions or you. 12. Through the laws of physics that govern life in this world, low vibrations manifest more of themselves: They shoot out into the universal soup and bring back to you more of the very same kinds of vibrations. The same laws apply to the

high vibrations of compassion and love, of course, and in far greater measure because the light in those emotions is so much more powerful than the negativity in low vibrations. 13. Think of an electric fan, how much more effectively it functions when its setting is on high. Emotional vibrations work like that too, with the difference that a fan has to be turned on and emotions are instantaneous responses to thoughts. Thoughts also emit vibrations, which is why changing a thought from negative to positive automatically uplifts your spiritsyou started vibrating on high. 14. That isnt just an exercise idea that can help you feel more at ease, it is science. Everything comes fromand is energy, which is neutral, impartial and has no reasoning ability. Without the capacity to differentiate good from bad, energy simply follows the instructions you give it via your thoughts and feelings, and that is where physics law of attraction, or like attracts like, comes in. Send forth the energy of loves high vibrations and scientifically you reap the grand harvest from what you have sown. 15. Although praying for self or an individual or for many people or for Earth herself is perhaps the most common way you express interest and caring, prayer is not correctly understood. You think of it as some formal petition such as the Lords Prayer or a special request for something good to happen to self or others or verbal thanks, like blessings at mealtimes. All of those are indeed aspects of prayer because your every thought, feeling, motive and action is prayeryour entire lifetime is prayer. 16. Like everything else in existence, prayer is energy and it follows the directions you give it; however, it wont necessarily produce the results you want. As intensely personal and precious as each souls life is to God, still each is governed by universal laws. 17. Let us say you are praying for a loved ones recovery, and because the illness is so severe, you are afraid she will die and urgently pray that she wont. Two factors enter into this, and the more important is that a persons soul contract always takes precedence. Since you dont know what she chose in her contract, the most beneficial prayer is for her highest good. You dont know anyones contract, not even your own, so always that prayer, which has no limitations, is the most beneficial. The other factor is, the urgency in your prayer fractures your energy. That lowers your vibratory level, and because your thoughts and feelings are directed to the person you love, you are sending her equally low vibrations, exactly the opposite of what you want. 18. The vibrations of love and light are identical because they are the very same energy expressed differently, and only for simplicity in speaking do we usually say light or love. As the pure essence of Creator Source, this energy is the most powerful forcethe highest vibrationsin the cosmos, and by natural extension, in our universe. When you are thinking about someone you love, your thoughts are the address to which your love energy is sent, and not only does it reach that person, it keeps flowing out into the world and touches lives wherever loves high vibrations are needed. The universe automatically handles this in its continuous balancing act so the healing power of love is available to all receptive souls. 19. Love is the key to everything! Please keep this foremost in mind when the ones still hidden behind their dark deeds are identified. Do not dim your light by focusing on punishment for them, but rather think of them as what they are, weakest links in the chain of Oneness, and send them the healing energy they need to uplift themselves and strengthen the chain for all souls. 20. Now let us put those universal laws into the context of the collective consciousness, where their power is incalculable. Especially in these last stages of Earths ascension when the swiftness of change from the old to the new will be upsetting to many, you can raise their vibrations with steadfast thoughts about the world you want for your children and their children and thereby contribute mightily to the light that is ushering in Earths Golden Age.

21. Various start dates of that Age have cropped up, each claiming to be the correct one. Earths ascension out of deep third density is a unique universal undertaking unprecedented in scope and speed, and there are certain stages along her course that are more propitious than others for energy surges. The parameters of the celestial window between third and fourth densities have flexibility, and the planets entry into fourth doesnt need to be tied to some specific date on your calendar. 22. Also there are differing opinions about which density youre in right now, and no wonder. By our numbering densities to indicate advancement, it does sound as if one part of space comes to an abrupt end and at that point another begins, and that isnt so. There is no finite demarcation between densitiesthe flowing of energy cannot be sharply divided or compartmentalized. As Earth ascends through the last wafting energy streamers of third density, which comingle with the first streamers of fourth, you wont notice a dynamic difference from one day to the next. There will be no ribbon-cutting ceremony, so to say. 23. The confusion about density is compounded because the word has two definitions. One is mass or the placement of a mass as distinguished from discarnatewithout body or formwhich is how you think of souls in spirit. You cant see us even when we are standing beside you because our etheric bodies vibrate at frequencies that third density vision cannot detect, just as you cannot see blades of a fan on its highest setting. But indeed etheric bodies have a degree of mass that lessens in density as souls continue to evolve spiritually. 24. And that brings us to the other meaning of density, which denotes the status of a souls spiritual evolution. Earths planetary mass started spiraling from its plane of manifestation in fifth density as negativity amassed in the collective consciousness of her ancient civilizations. The planets descent continued in consonance with the inhabitants reduced evolutionary status as darkness increased in their thoughts, motives and deeds, and eventually the planet reached deep third density in mass and her population regressed to that density in spiritual status. 25. However, throughout the millennia that Earths body and the collective consciousness of her peoples were mired in that low density, Gaia, Earths soul, remained in the much higher energy plane where her planetary body was created. And some souls who incarnated on Earth during those millenniaGods messengers and some visionary philosophers, scientists and artistswere highly evolved souls spiritually and intellectually. 26. At this juncture in Earths ascension, her planetary body has reached high third density placement in its galaxy. While the bodies of many of her residents also are at that density mass-wise, bodies of persons who have embraced the light are being changed into fourth density at cellular level. 27. In spiritual evolution, the residents range from second density to seventh, and a few have devolved to first in this lifetime by the darkness of their free will choices and their persistence in consciously refusing the light constantly beamed to them. Almost all lightworkers who incarnated to complete third density karmic experiencing have done that successfully and they have attained fourth density spiritually. Most souls who left their homelands in advanced civilizations to assist Earths less evolved souls have retained their fifth, sixth or seventh density spiritual and intellectual evolvement status. 28. Why is Earth going to stop at fifth density instead of continuing into higher planes? When she reaches fifth, where her planetary body originated, it will be back in balance and contentedly orbit in that space. 29. Now there is more to be said about vibrations. The vibratory levels of sound affect mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies positively or negatively. Noise jolts your entire energy system. Noise from a gunshot, car backfiring or thunder, for instance, has a short-lived impact; noise from an evening of raucous or dissonant music, for example, or a day of working with roaring machinery has exponentially longer lasting and more adverse effects. 30. When that kind of noise is unavoidable, its effects can be somewhat ameliorated with as much solitude and

serenity as the affected persons can manage. The soft, gentle tones of melodious music, the sound of flowing waters and the energetic emanations of trees are extremely restorative and helpful in regaining the light within balance. 31. In addition to the sound of words, the words themselves have vibrations. Loving words spoken sweetly by parents to their children are nurturing and assist them in achieving balance. Conversely, not only does yelling harsh words to childrento anyone!destroy their balance and the balance of the ones who yell, but when their thoughts of those instances come as memories, the low vibrations return too. Although with less intensity, written words also emit vibrations, so choose your words carefully to benefit those to whom you write and yourself, and select reading material that will lighten your heart and mind. 32. It is your high vibrations that are connecting you with kindred spirits and causing reluctance to spending time with some individuals, whose vibrations are low. When the latter kind of encounter cant be avoided, keeping your thoughts positive will enable you to stay balanced, and the light within balance will help raise the vibrations all around. 33.
