2 Project Methodology
The project will be broken down into the following phases and sub-phases to allow easy tracking of the projects progress. The project is recommended to be executed in an Iterative type Project Management Lifecycle Model as described by Wysocki (2009).The overall Project Plan will be developed and tracked utilizing either MS Project or Gantt Project software.

Current information would suggest the project to be feasible to continue. This is based on a 25% expansion the current estimate to complete the scope is within 56 weeks and on a budget of US$16.9MM (Excluding Contingencies).
