Ukraine Market Operations Team Leader → sales growth +50% 2002 – 2004
Reestablished the structure and functions of Market Operations Team (MOT) in Ukrainian subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. The
MOT - extended marketing department consisted of brand marketing, trade marketing, corporate marketing, marketing
research, finance analysis, logistics – all about 20 people. Recruited managers to MOT from inside and outside of the company.
Established MOT interactions with other departments.
Managed consumer, trade and corporate marketing for the portfolio of 25 big international brands in the categories of home,
personal and health care.
Launched/relaunched a number of brands in Ukraine: Bonux, Old Spice, Blendax, Clairol, Always Classic, Ariel Gel, Ace
Powder etc. Conducted tens of advertising and trade promotion projects as well as a big number of corporate programs.
Produced several TV commercials for Ukraine. Established the system of competitive monitoring and analysis – advertising
activities, promotions, prices etc.
During the time on this position, P&G Ukraine significantly increased sales and profit: +50%. In 2003 P&G Ukraine showed
the fastest business growth among all P&G subsidiaries in the world.
Brand Manager Laundry Additives Eastern Europe → sales growth +200% 2000 – 2002
Tripled Lenor fabric conditioner business in Russia and launched in Ukraine.
Assistant Brand Manager Tide Eastern Europe → sales growth +150% 1998 – 2000
Achieved turnaround of declining Tide detergent business post 1998 Russian economy crisis.
Assistant Brand Manager Oral Care Russia → market share growth from 20 to 25% 1997 – 1998
Significantly increased Blend-a-med toothpaste market share in Russia.
