Things to change: Home Page

1.

Replace main video. On video add in the pieces/parts of content inside the car/genblue video. Incorporate into it also maybe some of the shots of Beverly Hills and such. Make it feel like I am in a movie produced in Hollywood about Beverly Hills and real estate. If you wow the consumer they will remember you forever. Page load time is VERY slow. If the site takes too long to load it will affect SEO but more importantly than that, it will keep consumers from searching the site. Content Titles- The titles of posts needs to be cleaned up and reduced. Keep them under 60 characters. After that the search engines basically stop. Also, if you put too much in and it looks repetitive on every post they may look at you as a content farm and start blasting you, which we do not want.

There is just entirely too much text/content on the home page. My eyes go on overload and makes me want to leave almost instantly. If we remove some of the stuff in the sidebar it will help clean up the overall look of the site. We need to simplify some of this down. It might not be the best for SEO, but the minor SEO changes will be made up user experience and hopefully more conversions. 4. Not sure what the little emblem thing is supposed to be on the right. I think its your initials with a globe, but on your sidebar is smaller so it looks like some sort of hazardous waste material button. 5. There are 3 View my fan page buttons on sidebar. 6. There are 2 buttons to Youtube. Remove one. 7. Remove some widgets on the sidebar to increase speed of site. My suggestion, take the Beverly Hills Real Estate Widget, Weather, Yelp, 8. Take the latest tweets off the home page. It slows things down and doesnt really add value. 9. Take The logo off the bottom of the page. Its repetitive and slows things down. 10. The sidebar needs to have your buttons put their in level of importance. The most important at the the top, and less towards the bottom. 11. The search on the side bar needs the categories cleaned up. My guess is that there are not many mobile homes for sale in Beverly Hills, so remove those types of categories. Only put the ones that are applicable to you and your business as too many choices confuse consumers and they leave. Also, when you do the search via that sidebar it brings up all the links to different categories that fill everything above the fold. I did a search for homes in Bel Air 700k- 2mil. I was greeted with about 30 links to homes starting at 0-99k and so on. My actual search was well down below the fold. If you want to keep the links for an SEO value, put them under the actual search I just did instead of filling the entire screen. This could be a good cause of lost leads on the site as they cannot get to the actual properties. If I click on one of the links, it just pulls up what seems like the same page again. Unless a consumer

realizes they can scroll down and see the properties, they think it is just a broken link that brings them right back to the same page.
12. When

someone clicks onto a link on the blog it takes them to an interior page. This needs some layout adjustments. The content is way down the page and you have to scroll down entirely too far to view it. My Suggestion would be to take the three main call to action buttons and place them into the right side bar at the top and pull the content up. You can then take the search by communities section and place it at the footer instead. 13. Market Report- The content says it is a 10 page marketing report, but the graphic says 11 page. One needs an adjustment. 14. Flickr- Be careful with how you are using your Flickr acct. Part of the TOS state that they cannot be used for commercial purposes. Ive seen too many lose their account and all their images there because of breaking these rules. 15. Featured Listing page: There needs to be directed to a page that has a thumbnail photo of the home with maybe a small brief summary & link over to the actual listing. The way it is now, the title of the blog post just shows and it is too long and does not interest me at all to look at your actual listing. 16. I clicked on your listing 424 Robert Lane. It took me to no information about the property, but instead to 2 links. When someone clicks to get information on one of your links, it needs to direct them to the information on the listing. Less clicks required will increase conversion. The one link was broken and didnt open. The other link just goes back to Christophechoo.com. 17. Testimonials- While you have a ton of awesome & amazing ones on the page, the first thing that greets people is a sales award and not an actual testimonial. It is then followed with stuff from agents and not actual clients. I would start off with a few from buyers/sellers and then share some of the other ones on your page. Also, maybe I would remove a few that were from the mid 1990s as it looks to me as a consumer like you are trying to just fill the page. I know you probably have hundreds more of these, so I would just take them down. If someone asks for more, you can gladly share them at that time. Going back to the page load speed, having all those images/documents loading on the page slow it down greatly. 18. Community Resources. Take the images and align them to the right so that the list moves up above the fold for the starting point. 19. Why Choose? The page has a bunch of peoples names but doesnt tell me who they are. There needs to be a sentence or two added like: Meet the rest of my team dedicated to serving you. I am guessing they are your team? However, only 2 have links. And the link for Laurie Wayne goes to a blank page. The rest of your team needs to have profiles created. Your actual profile should be at the top and the rest of the team underneath. Also, take the extra logos off the page... its not needed, your logo is just above and it is cluttering page and slowing load speed. 20. Your Google maps with the blue overlay. When someone clicks that it just says Shape 1. That either needs to link to the actual searches or be changed. 21. Community Searches: Each one of them starts with these large photos of the area. This means the searches are then pushed well down the side of the page and probably get over looked. I would try to get the actual searches to the top and either

move those images into the sidebar or remove them completely as people who get to that point are there to view houses, not a beverly hills sign. 22. Main property search- On the main search you have 3 images at the top. Link each of those images to one of your saved searches that you have made. So if I click the beverly hills sign I start to see homes for sale in Beverly Hills. Or if I click Bel Air, etc... in the middle of the page is a Giant graphic going completely across the screen, under it is two arrows. I really think this entire graphic is unnecessary and could be removed. 23. Your ihomefinder IDX is iframed into the site, so you are losing some major SEO. I believe from our talks you mentioned you also had another IDX (IDX Broker) that was integrated. If so, I would highly recommend you switch over to this one and use it as it offers much more value to someone who wants to view homes, and has much more SEO value to you. Also, I like the layout and user experience much better on that program. Since this is an Iframed search you get zero SEO value for it. 24. Our Listings Tab Like the section above on listings, this needs some cleaning up. First, remove the banner at the top of each listing as it is very repetitive. Also, there needs to be short summaries of each listing that they can click on to view more details of each. Using a different IDX Provider could make this work almost as an automated thing that you would not need to deal with. See Example: http://homes.tulsahomeforsale.net/idx/6495/featured.php 25. I see some of your listings are located at the bottom of this page, but they once again are <iframed> so you are missing out on some indexing. 26. Why Choose vs. Meet The team- Both of these pages have a lot of the same information. In fact probably 85% of the content is exactly the same. Not sure why.

From Katherine: 1. site loads very slowly, it is frustrating and makes me not want to stay on the site very long. 2. At first entering the site the over all appearance is good, confidence inspiring colors reminiscent of royalty. Though it seems that once you navigate away from the Home page the blue background colors break and the bottom part of each page it mono toned instead of nicely fading like the first page does. 3. easy access to the contact info, though when your cursor goes over the icon showing the phone number it appears there is the ability to click on it like a link, almost as if it would lead to some direct calling method such as Skype. 4. On the Property Search page the MLS search description seems to be awkward in places and I am not sure what it is referring to when it says " This is the most popular search of all listed on this page" when it is the only search option I see on that page.
1.

also the picture at the top of the page seem "off" maybe it is that they are different sizes or shapes or maybe it is just that they are the first thing you see instead of the actual searching function or actual properties since the page is called "Property Search"

6. On the "Our Listing page it is nice to have the in depth description of the listings but it seems odd that there are only two listed this way. Then at the bottom of the page are the rest in an easy to ready short and sweet description with links and maps. It would be nice to have it some where in the middle where all the listing were described the same way. 3. I also don't know if it is necessary or best to have the gent picture and contact info like a business card stamped on the bottom of each listing when that information is still available at the top of each page. 4. on the Communities page when you click on the desired community the blue bar that runs on right side of the page seems overly busy and repetitive in places. Maybe the Popular Pages section could be slimmed down and categorized into dummy buttons like "how to sell your home" " finding the home/area right for you" and "Why the Christophe Choo Team is right for you". Then also putting the Subscribe and "Like" buttons closer to the top would make them easier to access. 5. If possible it would be nice to have the option to change the order of appearance on the Community pages, as in highest to lowest price, lowest to highest price, number of bedrooms, square footage and the like. 6. There seems to be a double listing of 594 South Mapleton Drive, Los Angeles on the Bel Air page. 7. Also please include the addresses in the description of the videos not just the price, and way a buyer can find the listing with full descriptions and information more easily when looking above. 8. It is strange that the search under Communities called Select from the cities below seems to show listing differently the the Search Homes By Area that shows on the right hand side of the page and if you want to select a different "Select from the cities below" you have to hit the back button to search a different area. 9. I like the personalized descriptions and history many of the communities have it makes you feel connected even if you are unfamiliar with the area. 10. Some of the links don't lead to anything, like the one for Los Feliz 90027 Culver City 90232 Marina Del Rey 90292 Palms Mar Vista 90034 & 90066 West Hollywood 90069 West Los Angeles 90025 11. Wow, the Malibu description is way too long, either consolidated it or divide it into sub-pages, it takes to long to actually reach any listing for that area. 12. the description on Santa Monica is a bit lengthy as well, if there is a way to hide some of it where you can click on a button to get the information if you want but you don't have to wade through it to get to the listings if you don't want to now that stuff. 13. Also, whenever I click on the search by price nothing seems to pull up, and some of the price option are unneeded for the area (unrealistically low). 14. Under the Testimonial page the scanned letter is nice but it comes through too small and grainy, it is difficult to read. 15. I like that there are video testimonial but I wish they were from clients not just other brokers since most of the people viewing this site and wanting testimonials are perspective clients. Also going through your testimonies and putting the best ones at the top, there are some real gems hidden down in there. 16. On the Meet the Team page Laurie Wayne link for her name take you to a blank page.

17. I

do like the Deal of the Month because it gives the feeling that Christophe and his team are already out working to take care of me as a client and that I am being shown good deals not just the highest costing or longest on the market houses out there.
