Mr. Muhammad Rezaul Hoque Khan has been known to me more than six years. He was
one of my undergraduate students in the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering,
Islamic University of Technology(IUT), while I was guest professor of IUT. Currently he is doing his
M.Sc. Engineering thesis under my supervision in the Department of Electrical & Electronic
Engineering in Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). His expected
graduation date is April 2006.

I have always found his manner conducive to mastering the best of knowledge. He is hard
working and has the appetite to learn. He was very animated and participative in my lecture
classes. His astuteness and discernment have equipped him with the qualities of quick learning
and problem solving. His good result speaks it all for him. I am specially impressed by his
eagerness to find and explain the reasons of spurious results in the lab. Besides being intelligent
and imaginative, which is very necessary, Khan’s gregarious and helpful personality would make
him a special member of any research group. He has also the ability to use English skillfully as a
medium of expression.

Muhammad Rezaul Hoque Khan has strong motivation and high potential to do
postgraduate studies and research. In my assessment, he is a meritorious student .Socially, he is
cooperative and maintains good rapport with his friends.

Muhammad Rezaul Hoque Khan is interested to pursue his PhD studies in University of
Trento and I am confident that he will show excellent performance. I strongly recommend this
