This is a series of exciting workshops for the budding Gourmet cook!! Each workshop will focus on a delightfully different area of the culinary world. Take the plunge and be amazed with the results Monday Night Workshops 1. Pizza/pastry 2. Tapas/canaps/pate 3. Baking cakes/decorating/filigree/feathering 4. Marinades/BBQ/Smoking foods/sauces Saturday Workshops 1. Sourdough/simple cheese/relishes 2. Pasta/Gnocchi/Ravioli/sauces 3. Chocolate work/desserts/decoration 4. Charcuterie/sausages etc
