HDI: 0.448, civil service-9%, culturally r ich but remained distanced, deprived and poor. Dalit: Population: 13%, No of Dalit: 5+17=22, Representation in CA: Apx. 8.3%, b elow poverty line: 46%, Literacy: 33.8. HDI: 0.424, civil service-1%, culturally rich but remained deprived, marginalized exploited, away and poor. Disable: Population: apx10%, rich capabilities, professionally competent but re mained deprived, awaited, marginalized and poor.
