Evaluation of BS comprises of 4 factors: 20- SAP 30- JFS 30- VIVA 20- MID-TERM 5 - ATTENDANCE Now, after your

mid-term there is a need to assess your SAP and JFS for which Im mailing you these activities to be put in altogether in your JFS for the final assessment. Secondly, SAP is Social Awareness Program titled as Transforming Aggression into Compassion. So, you all are required to prepare for SAP in the form of either role play, presentation, Collage or case presentation, which will be evaluated in your respective class next week. It can be done as individual or group activity. Please prepare the JFS Class wise stating: 1. Learning Objective: Describing what you did in the class 2. Activity: Whatever activity you did, name it 3. Learning Outcome: What you learned from the activity Module 1: Individual Differences & Personality 1. Write the strengths & weaknesses that you possess starting from the letters of your name including surname. 2. What is the significance of nurture & nature in your personality development? What personality traits you have acquired from nature or nurture? 3. TAT (Thematic Appreciation Test) See the pictures below and write a small interpretation of a story telling what you see in the pictures with your creative imagination.

4. Analyze any 5 personalities on the basis of MBTI & BIG 5. 5. MBTI Test along with the analysis & Interpretation 6. BIG 5 Test and interpretation Module 2: Socialization 7. Write down your journey from childhood till today mentioning who were the people who influenced your life and helped you in shaping your personality, attitude, values and lifestyle. And what attributes you possess from them? 8. Baby Boomers vs Generation X who is contributing towards the economic development of the country? Write down your views Module 3: Patriotism & Sense of Pride 9. Imagine you are responsible establishing a professional qualification for a politician.

A parliamentary MP, or a government minister, or perhaps the prime minister.

What competencies would the job require in terms of skills, knowledge, attitude/behaviour/personality style & experience.

has been late at least three days per week since school started. Initially, she would come in, would be very apologetic, and report to her workstation. Now she just walks in and simply goes to work. School has been in session for two and a half months now, and her co-workers are not pleased. There is obvious tension when the other workers are around her due to her attitude and the increased workload on them. What should the manager do? Explain it with the help of disciplinary measures.
