Customer Existing Alto User, Now buying for his brother who is also accustomed to Alto. Hence does not want to take test drive though insisted. Customer requires hassle free sales and delivery and customer

Date and time of delivery commitment given for 11 a.m on 1st May. Signed Copy given to customer and the other in file Customer opts for outside financing from Canara bank since he is an employee of Canara bank

Commitment of Vehicle informed to ASM Mr.Rajesh Goel during Morning Meeting. Delivery Controller ensures vehicle made ready by 9:45, Accessories fitted by 10:45,PDI Check Done,Temporary No. Plate Fitted,Vehicle Clean and ready. Paper work complete (Signatures taken). Salesperson (Judah Jebadas) ready. Service Advisor ready,CCM ready.

Everything mentioned in delivery checklist,Warranty Service Schedule, Fuel Saving Tips, Maruti Care Tips,etc., are explained to the customer through the service advisor and sales person and customer copy handed over to customer and the other copy is kept in the customer file,Fuel Coupon and guide to fuel station given. Form 21 (Invoice), Sales Cerificate, Form 22(Pollution Cerificate), Warranty Booklet to be given to customer later as customer has opted for Registration process through dealership Ribbon Around the car, Chocolate Box , Coconut given for pooja (Customer in hurry to go to Ambala. Hence doesn't want a pooja ceremony)

Contact Number of Customer present in Delivery Checklist Customer happy about experience at showroom, salesperson,car delivery time, salesperson explanations at time of delivery. Customer unhappy about the paperwork as invoice amount is not the same as the quoted "price of car" but includes offers/discounts given Customer has received all documents
