SUPPLEMENTRY REGULATIONS.
1 The TORC MOTORCYCLE CLUB will host the Clonmel Enduro and H&H, starting at 11am on
Saturday 9th June and 11am on Sunday 10th June.

Day One: 9th June 2007. Clonmel Endure


Round 2 of the Irish Enduro Championship
Round 2 of the Southern Center Enduro Championship
Round 2 of the TORC Enduro Championship

Day Two: 10th June 2007. Clonmel Hare & Hound (Non Championship)
This will be a 3-hour Event. Course lap will consist of part of the previous days event and will be
a 15~20 minute Lap. Sunday is not part of any championship.

There will be separate Result available for each day.


Points will be awarded on a league basis to the first 15 riders in each class for each day. The
combined points for the two days will determine the overall winner/position of the two-day event.

2 PERMIT. Held under permit from the MCUI (SC) ltd. Number 07/133/ENDURO. Held under the
General competition rules and standing regulations for ENDURO’S and Short Course Enduros, of
the MCUI.

3 ACCESS. Start area is sign posted from the new roundabout on the N24 at the Bulmer’s Factory on
the Waterford side of Clonmel. See www.ireland.ie for B&B’s or Powers the Pot Camp site: Ph: 052-

4 SECRETARY of the Event. TORC, C/O Derek Kehoe, 4 Elmway, Griffeen Valley, Lucan, Co.
Dublin.

5 ENTRIES must be made on the official entry form and sent to the secretary of the meeting, together
with the entry fee.

The entry must be received by the 5th June 2007; otherwise penalties will be imposed for entries
received after that date. There is no limit on the number of entries. All riders must hold a current
National licence issued by the MCUI. – Or - their own National Licence with a starting permission
issued by their National affiliate of the FIM. (FMN)

6 TECHNICAL CONTROL and REGISTRATION. Sign-on will be open from 8.45am. Sign-on will
close at 10am sharp on both Sat 9th and Sun 10th. Riders must then present their motorcycles for
inspection between 9am and 10am on the morning of the event.
Enduro 9th June: Each machine must be in accordance with article 140 of the GCR’S of the MCUI
and comply with the standing regulations for Enduro’s of the MCUI. A noise test will be carried out in
accordance with technical rules. The RIDER will be asked to present his helmet complete with a
current MCUI helmet stamp. Tyres must of FIM approval for Enduro use.
H&H 10th June: Motocross bikes will be allowed enter the H&H. Only part work MX tyres will be
allowed for the H&H only. Bikes with new MX tyres will not be allowed start.

7 STARTING ORDER.
Day One (Enduro) will be in compliance with art.062.34 First bike will depart @ 11.01
Day Two (H&H) will start at 11am and will be a 3-hour mass start event. Expert & Senior going off
first and all other classes going off 5 minutes later. Experts & Seniors must finish the full 3 hours in
order to get a result.

8 COURSE.
Day One (Enduro) will be forest tracks, some “fire road” Open Mountain, and public roads. There
will be a number of laps of not less than 30 miles long. There will be ONE “ET” (Enduro tests) per
lap and one free run through each test will be at the C.O.C.’S discretion.
Day Two (H&H) will be forest tracks, some “fire road” and open mountain. Course lap will be
approximately 20 minutes in duration.

9 Petrol: There will be ONE petrol-refueling point at the start finish area. If a second fuel point is
required (for some 2 stroke bikes) this will be clearly signposted on the way the Bulmer’s Factory to
sigh-on. There will be no fuel wagon. All competitors must have a fire extinguisher with their petrol.
Only metal petrol containers allowed. NO PLASTIC PETROL CONTAINERS.

10 PENALTIES will be in accordance with Art.062.64. No tear off’s for goggles are allowed, due to the
obvious litter they cause.

11 VOLENTEERS: Any person abusing a volunteer before, during or after the event will be subject
to disciplinary action as laid out by the MCUI General Competition Rules. It is hard enough to
get voluntary helpers to run events for you, so please respect them at all times. If you have an
objection to any aspect of the event please direct it in the appropriate manner to the Clerk of the
Course or MCUI Steward.
