Paris is the capital and largest city in France, situated on the river Seine, in northern France, at the heart

Visit the Louvre Museum The famous glass pyramids are the main entrance to the Louvre Museum. To avoid the queue, enter Louvre through Carrousel du Louvre entrance, 99, rue de Rivoli or Porte des Lions, 14, Quai Francois Mitterand. The Louvre is open 9am to 6pm all days except Tuesdays, January 1st, May 1st, November 11th, December 25th. It is open until 10 pm on Wednesday and Friday.
