1 TIMOTHY 1 v 15 ; Seed Thoughts.

AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. THIS IS A FAITHFUL SAYING ; The Proclamation ; 2 CHRONICLES 7 v 14 ; If My people which are called by My name shall humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked way, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land, What a magnificent saying from God, because man's greatest need is forgiveness. I THESSALONIANS 5 v 9-10 ; For God has not appointed is to wrath but to salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us that whether we wake or sleep we should live together with Him. I PETER 1 v 3-5 ; Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ which according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. To an inheritance, incorruptible, undefiled and that fades not away, reserved in heaven for you. Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. REVELATION 21 v 8 ; But the fearful and the unbelieving and the abominable, and murderers and whoremongers and sorcerers and idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. The Bible contains thousands of faithful sayings which should be meditated upon and proclaimed to all and sundry, then we will be abundantly blessed. WORTHY OF ALL ACCEPTATION ; The Plea. What we have to tell the sinner is certainly worth accepting or how else can they be saved if they hear not a preacher or read the word of God. There is no other way to salvation except through Jesus Christ. ACTS 4 v 1, ; Neither is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. JEREMIAH 26 v 3 ; If so be they will hearken and turn every man from his evil way, that I may repent Me of the evil which I purpose to do to them, because of the evil of their doings, I TIMOTHY 2 v 4 ; Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth , This precious gift of salvation through Jesus Christ is indeed worthy of acceptation by all people and is of course essential to our future hope of eternal life with Jesus. GALATIANS 2 v 16 ; Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ , even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we may be justified by the faith of Christ and not by the works of the law, for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. So we preach the word of God, praying that our hearers will respond as the Holy Spirit strives with them. CHRIST JESUS ; The Person ; Through Jesus Christ comes the offer of forgiveness of sins, salvation and reconciliation with God. There has been a clarion call down through the ages, by Christians inviting mankind to accept His offer. ISAIAH 7 v 14 ; Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign, Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a Son and shall call His name Immanuel. ISAIAH 9 v 6 ; For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder; And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the prince of Peace. Acts 4 v 12 ; Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. PHILPPIANS 2 v 9-11 ; Wherefore God has highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things in earth and things under the earth, And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Jesus Christ the Son of God who gives us new life and the hope of eternal life with Him, and other Christians. CAME INTO THE WORLD ; The Place ; This earth, the place where sinners turn their backs on God's gift, the Lord Jesus Christ, and reconciliation with God. ROMANS I v 21-23 ; Because that when they knew God they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful but became vain in their imaginations and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves

to be wise they became fools and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man and to birds and four footed beasts and creeping things. In Genesis 6 we see that the evilness of mankind was so bad that God destroyed mankind with a great flood, and saved only Noah and his family. PSALM 103 v 12 ; As far as the East is from the West, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ACTS 2 v 38 ; Then Peter said to them, Repent and be baptised every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. JOHN 14 v 23 ; Jesus answered and said to him, If a man love Me he will keep My words, And My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him. ACTS 9 v 31 ; Then had the churches rest throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria and were edified and walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost. So in comparing Romans chapter 1 with the above verses we can see the great advantage of believing on the Son of God and accepting His way of life rather than receiving the wrath of God in time to come. TO SAVE SINNERS ; The People. As we read Romans chapter I we get a view of the immorality in the world today and God is views on the subject. There is a constant battle between satan and the Christian to get control. of our minds. But how great is the God we worship , who has given us the victory over the spirit world. How great is the God we adore. ISAIAH 38 v 17 ; Behold, for peace I had great bitterness but you have in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption, for You have cast all my sins behind Your back. JOHN 3 v 16-17 ; For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved. Let us be saints rather than sinners and accept the Lord Jesus Christ sincerely as Redeemer, Lord and Friend. OF WHOM I AM CHIEF ; The Plight. The apostle Paul was busy persecuting the Christians until he came face to face with Jesus and then became a follower of Christ. Paul could confirm that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, and he regarded himself as the chief of sinners. How thankful he must have been to discover that all his wretched sins were forgiven and Jesus had appointed Paul to bring many other lost souls into the family of God. As we leave our sin behind us and worship God in sincerity , people will notice the change in our lives and will want that which we say we have in Jesus. I THESSALONIANS 4 v 14-17 ; For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them that are asleep. or the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. So let these verses be an incentive for us to worship God and follow the path He has set before us. Let us aim at the joy of being with Jesus for eternity and not be in the lake of fire and brimstone with satan , the beast and the antichrist, and in eternal torment..
