On Behalf of CMS we are providing support to GE Capital International Services-IT Services and GE
Consumer Finance India (GESBI and GE Money or Countrywide).

Responsibility: CMS and GECIS-ITS providing IT Services to all GE & Non-GE businesses.

CMS is taking care of IT Helpdesk operations at GECW/GESBI known as Central Helpdesk (CHD). Its 24*7
support, which provides onsite and remote support to branches across India. We manage GECW/GESBI
Desktop management, Server management; Network Monitoring, Security management, vendor management,
backup operations. Here I am responsible to serve as the initial point of contact for resolution of
desktop/workgroup-related Problems in a 3000 + User environment. Troubleshoot, research, diagnose,
document, and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows NT, Windows 2000 Professional,
MS Office, e-mail, Internet connections, VPN , and hardware/peripherals.

Responsibilities at GE Money Helpdesk:

•Providing technical support and problem resolution for the LAN and its environment by analyzing the
problems and identifying the cause and circumstances of the problem.
•VPN Troubleshooting.
•Vendor coordination whenever required.
•Working in Client-Server Architecture and coordinating with GE Infrastructure Team.
