Upon arrival in Las Vegas, we require all passengers to reconfirm their reservation by contacting us at (702) 6383300, 24 hours prior to departure. Please have your reservation confirmation number available. Our reservation departments are open daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm. PASSENGER IDENTIFICATION: A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. (Driver's License with Photo or Passport) is required at time of Check In for each person 18 years of age or older. Your Complimentary Transportation will not be able to wait should you forget your Photo I.D. Transfers to the Check-In Terminal will be the passenger's responsibility. Should your scheduled tour be missed, a full fare penalty will be applied. HOTEL TRANSFERS: If your tour includes complimentary hotel shuttle service, we suggest being at the confirmed hotel pick up location at least 5-10 minutes prior to your confirmed hotel pick up time. There is a 15 minute window for all hotel pick ups. If your complimentary hotel pick up has not arrived and has exceeded the 15 minute window please contact us immediately at (702) 638-3300. CANCELLATION POLICY: Most tours can be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Tour packages that include hotel accommodations of one or more nights may be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours in advance. Overnight tours and Hotel only are Non-Refundable within 72 hours of departure or hotel arrival. FUEL SURCHARGE: A fuel surcharge is currently in effect and ranges from $5.00 to $10.00 US dollars. Note: The tour price includes the sum of $68.34 for south rim tours and $54.67 for west rim tours, which the parties agree represents the price paid for air transportation between the departure airport and the destination airport. The balance of the tour price represents the price paid for non-air transportation tour products and services, including the following, if part of the tour and otherwise applicable: airport passenger facility fees and charges, ground transportation, tour guide services, tour narration, entertainment facilities, national park entrance fees, and park over flight fees, and food/ beverages.
