Prior to that, he practiced law in the corporate finance practice of international law firms in the United States and Hong Kong. Fitzpatrick received his MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Execut ive MBA Program in Hong Kong, in addition to a JD degree from the University of California/Los Angeles School of Law, and an MA degree in Political Science from University of California/San Diego, and a BA in Political Science from Hamilton College.
