Introduction
Field maintenance and crop records are important documents needed in the
formulation and planning of production system, field fertilization and
maintenance and stimulation program. On the other hand, production related
records are important source documents necessary to track down individual field
performances and crop yields on a per block basis and also serve as
management references in forecasting yield and budgeting process.
The form is used as a general information sheet that records all vital
information of a particular block useful for assessment, evaluation and
planning.
The form covers information on a per block basis, the following: Soil
analysis, planting data, land use, tree stand, girth records, leaf analysis
results, fertilizer application records, tapping systems, stimulation records,
monthly and annual yield records, summary of yield per tapper and yield
per hectare and age of the rubber trees.
After checking, the forms and notebook will be collated by the production
clerk who will in turn record the figures in the Daily Production Report form.
The data is used to record tappers daily production performance and basis
for their premium computations.
This form is used to record daily field report submitted by the tapping
capatazes. The form records individual yields ( latex and cup lumps) of
tappers on a per block basis and schedules to record and compare
individual tapper's performance. At the end of each month, the total actual
yield per tapper will be compared against standards set by management
and will be used as basis for computing production premiums for tappers.
This form is useful for plantations that give monthly premiums to tappers
and supervisors.
This form is useful for Tapping Inspectors who conduct monthly quality
inspection in tapping. The slip covers important areas where inspections
should be conducted to ensure that exploitation practices are properly
observed. Inspection is carried out on a per tapper basis involving 20
sample trees, randomly selected for inspection. Inspection areas will
generally cover tapping depth, wounds, bark consumption, cleanliness of
tapping utensils, panels and off grades. Results of the inspections are also
used as references in computing monthly tappers premiums and sanctions.
