He begins by introducing the lesson and from general topic goes to specific by breaking down the lesson into parts through giving many example problems like using synthetic division as a sample problem so that they will understand accurately. ANALYSIS 1. Did your observation match the information given by the teacher? Were you able to correctly identify who among the students performed well and who did not? What behavior helped you identify them? - My observation match the given information given by the teacher when the

teacher told me that the section I've observed is consistently participating in class well. How did the students respond to the teacher? - Teacher used collaborate approach in handling the students differences in abilities. He asks his students to do some board-work and solve the problems in seat in order to know if the student can follow the discussion in class. REFLECTIONS 1. Recall the time when you were in the elementary or high school. Recall the high and low achievers in your class. How did your teacher deal with differences in abilities? Was your teacher effective? - As I remember the moment were I was in the elementary level, there were really high and low achievers in our class before. Some of my classmates answer without difficulty while others do. I have been with these learners since grade 1- 4th year high school. I knew them since were in one class. Our teachers handle us through discussions, review, and oral recitation. Sometimes, they ask us to do a group activity. I found my teachers before as efficient, for the reason that I was be able to learn in the way they teaches us. 2. With the principle of individual differences in mind, what methods and strategies will you remember in the future to ensure that you will be able to meet the needs of both the high and low-achievers in your class. -In class, every learners is different to each other. It is better to do some way of approach in order to gain the attention and the interest of the student on your lesson. Avoiding some onecentered topics like teaching Catholic way of preaching Jesus when you know that almost half of your class is Born-again Christians.

He could excel in school and to grow old responsibly and know how to respect and to speak to other people. Conclusions - I conclude that the school and home contribute a great impact in developing the cognitive, affective, psychomotor and so as to the total personality of the learners. Thus the foundation of learning is at home. At home the child learns values, works and his cognitive slowly developed. Yet, school plays a very important part in molding the child. Since school is made for the intention of developing physical, social, emotional-moral and cognitive part of the learner. As the child goes to study from pre-school until college he spends much time in school rather than at home. So, the total development of the child depends within school as well as the teacher which is the most essential individual in school that bears knowledge and values to share with the student.

Recommendations - I recommend that the teacher must be vigilant and resourceful in handling the learning process of a learner. It is because that, It is one of the vital part of developing the skills and different types of intelligence of a child. ANALYSIS 1.) From your home visit and interview, what do you think is the style of parenting experienced by the learner? Explain your answer. - From my home visit and interview, parents used commanding parenting style. If one of their children commits mistakes they make children understand result of their actions. Have clear and sensible outlook and restrictions for their children. 2.) Relating your data with what you learned from child development, what family factors do you think contribute to the development and over-all adjustment of the learner in school? -I've learned that, home and school are the two basic factors and foundation in building the personality of a child. Everything starts at home. When the child feels unhappy at home, he could bring that felling outside and could affect it on how will he approach others. 3.) Does the communication between the home-school have an effect on the learner? If yes, what are these effects? - Yes, the communications between the home-school has an effect on the learner. Such effects are, parents become aware of the performance of his/her child. With this, they could monitor their child's performance and they could guide their child in performing better at school. Teachers also, become aware of the learners behavior by asking the background of the child. REFLECTIONS 1.) Reflect on your own development as a child. What type of parenting did you experience? How did it affect you? - Permission parenting method is used by my parents. There are rules set by them to be followed and our misbehavior is met with banning to watch TV and having a house curfew, I must be inside the house around 7:00 PM. 2.) As a future teacher, how would you establish good home-school collaboration? How can you work well with the parents? How can you help them? How can they help you? - As a future teacher, I could establish good home-school relationship by conducting meeting once a month among the parents regarding the performance of their child. I will make counseling to them together with their child. By this, I will be able to inform them about the progress and failure of their child. In return, they could help me by encouraging their child to study at home and discipline their child to behave in school.
