Ques 1. Is there any characteristic of entrepreneur found in Hazi Abdul Malek? Explain. Ans: Hazi abdul malek was an entrepreneur. He started with his business with a very small capital. And he has lots of characteristics which is necessary for an entrepreneur. Those are Desire for responsibility which is he was very much responsible and he worked very for all of his business. Preference of moderate risk. He took a great risk when he was starting his first business but he was confident that he can take all the risks for his business. Not only his first business in every business. He preferred the moderate risk to earn a good profit. Because it is obvious that no risks no gain. Confidence in their ability to succeed. Hazi malek was very confident that all his business will definitely bring success. And it will help him to move forward. He always had a desire for immediate feedback. He had high level of energy to run his business properly He had a future orientation always which is what will the future of his business. He had a very good skill at organization. He believed value of achievement over money. These are the characteristics he had as an entrepreneur.

Ques 2. Is hazi malek comparable to a successful business entrepreneur? Give argument? Ans: From my opinion I think he is comparable to a successful business entrepreneur. There are lots of reasons behind this. Though he started his business with a very small investment but he earned a good profit in a very proper way. After that he did lots of business and he got a great success. He diversified business as he realized that diversification is very important for protection of a business if it fails. As an entrepreneur he earned goodwill in the market. This is very important in business. He worked very hard for his own business. The notable thing is there was no labor diversification in his firm. All concerns were profitable. He had all the qualities which a successful entrepreneur should have. He tried to run his business in a very positive way. And his factory was one of the most renowned business groups in the country. So to consider all of these he is comparable to a successful business entrepreneur.

Ques 3: what are the implied reasons behind hazi abdul malek for becoming a successful entrepreneur? Ans: Hazi abdul malek is a successful entrepreneur. He struggled a lot for his business. He was very devoted with his work. He took the moderate risk and he was very confident of success. There are lots of reasons behind his success. The main reason is his patience and level of energy. He diversified his business. And it was the protection of a business. He followed the entire concept to succeed. He was so much into his work. He also did lots of social work. After becoming an industrialist he established numerous social welfare organizations with his own fund. So this is the implied reason for becoming the successful entrepreneur. And at the he was a very renowned entrepreneur.

Ques 4. Evaluate the accuracy of making decision of Hazi Abdul Malek? Ans: Hazi Abdul Malek started his business very early. He left his job and decided to do something his own. He personally tried to run a shop efficiently with reasonable profit. His hard work gave him fruit. This shop acted as a pillar of strength in his future life. With the success of shop he started some new business. Then he changed the location of his business. He never kept his eyes and vision closed. He started factory and after that other business. He took all the decision alone. And his all decision gave him a very good result. So he took all the decision of his professional life accurately.

Ques 5. Point out the lessons from Hazi abdul malek and how can it influence a man to be an entrepreneur? Ans: Hazi malek creates a new business in the face of risk and uncertainty for the purpose of achievement profit and growth by identifying significant opportunities and assembling the necessary resources to capitalize them. At first he starts business with a very small capital. After that he diversified his business and become a very successful entrepreneur. It can influence a man to be an entrepreneur by many ways. Some people are very afraid of starting own business. They dont want to take the risks by doing business. But hazi malek took the risk and he was very confident in his ability to succeed. He had a high level of energy and everything. So if someone adopts these things he can be a successful entrepreneur easily. By analyzing maleks professional life one can easily be a successful entrepreneur and it influence a man to be an entrepreneur.

Ques 6. Do you think hazi malek was an opportunity seeker? Give examples. Ans: A person who does good in every opportunity he gets so and also that person finds opportunities in simple things is called opportunity seeker. Hazi malek was an opportunity seeker because he diversified his business. He always worked for the profit of his business. Before starting a business he used to analyze the market first. He started each and every business with full confident that he will able to earn a good profit and could serve the other people with his business. So to consider all these things I think he is an opportunity seeker.

Ques 7. What made hazi abdul malek a great businessman as well as a great donor? Ans: Beside a businessman hazi malek malek had another identity of a social worker. In every moment his life he tired to develop the condition of poor people. He always served the poor and helpless people. After becoming an industrialist he established numerous social welfare organizations with his own fund. He donated for educational institution as he was religious he also donated for religious institutions. He donated for various social development works. He contributed many known and unknown works. So to consider all of these factors it is obvious that hazi abdul malek a great businessman as well as a great donor.
