SECOND TWO-MONTH PERIOD
TASK (16 Points)
Proceed to upload the final file duly reviewed by you, placing as file name your two last
names followed by your first names(Ex: Tenesaca Martinez Kleber Xavier).
Evaluation criteria for the manual:
1. Synthesis capacity.
Total 3 points.
It is very important to follow the order and corresponding steps and it is in this document
that the student must put into practice what he/she has learned in the degree in order to
strengthen the selected socio-productive enterprise. Demonstrate your capacity for
synthesis and design it to be easy to understand by the group, it is recommended to use
images, figures, tables, etc. The creativity and patience with which you elaborate it will
depend on the good use and service for the users to whom it is addressed. Remember
that if any structure does not exist, it is your duty to organize it, since that is the benefit of
having a student of higher cycles in the accounting area doing the internship in that place.
Each manual must be adapted according to the case, since the reality is not the same in
any place, since it depends on the type of product or service, production frequency,
investment levels, etc.
Proceed to upload the slide file in PowerPoint format, placing as file name your
two last names followed by your first names(e.g.: Tenesaca Martinez Kleber
Xavier).
Evaluation criteria for the poster:
3. Synthesis capacity.
Total 2 points.
Poster format: It is recommended to make the poster in PowerPoint so that it does not
generate more design work and is an easy task to carry out. The EVA will include the
format and examples of some posters developed by students in previous cycles in order to
serve as a guide.
The student must print the poster in a size of 120 cm by 90 cm on canvas and place it in a
visible place in the socio-productive enterprise prior to the end of the project. A
photograph of the delivery must be taken to certify the delivery-reception of the same and
this photograph must be included in the closing report.
Considerations to take into account when preparing the poster:
1. Group or venture logos must be included.
2. It is advisable that the information be presented in graphs, charts, tables that
show the results achieved by you with the practice of community service.
3. The wording should be clear and care should be taken in the proper use of
upper and lower case letters.
4. Careful spelling and proper use of question marks.
To upload the poster the student accesses the wall with the link, then clicks on the plus
icon and proceeds to upload. No account activation is required and access is direct, simple
and fast.
Activity 3: Closing report by bimonthly: (2 points). Once the group or venture has
been identified (Sheet 1), it is very important to record the weekly progress made and the
results achieved. It is recommended to fill out the weekly form as soon as a place for the
community service internship is available.
Proceed to upload the first bimonthly closing report, review the Excel file located in the
EVA, place your name in the file, your two last names followed by your first
names(Example: Tenesaca Martinez Kleber Xavier).
Evaluation criteria for the presentation of the report of activities carried out during
the 8 weeks of the second two-month period:
