SECOND.- Both parties agree to include in the present contract of ASSIGNMENT OF
THE RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP OF EJIDAL PARCELS THE EJIDAL RIGHT, since
"THE ASSIGNOR", does not reserve any parcel or common use within the Ejido of

by the Agrarian Law

THIRD. For all legal purposes, and in accordance with Article 80 of the Agrarian Law,
"THE ASSIGNOR", hereby delivers to "THE ASSIGNEE", the certificate accrediting it

National Agrarian Registry under folio number ______________, mentioned in the first
clause, and where "THE ASSIGNEE" receives to its entire satisfaction and conformity.

"avecindado" granted by the assembly of ejidatarios of the agrarian nucleus in

that in this contract there is no error, fraud, bad faith, injury, or illegitimate enrichment,
and therefore they do not reserve any right to oppose this instrument, and

interpretation of the stipulations of this contract, the courts of law of the Republic of
Mexico shall be applicable and competent. Both parties agree that for the interpretation
