The inhabitants of the Province of La Unión are unaware of the nutritional
properties of the goose, we propose the elaboration of pudding based on goose
since this product is rich in calcium, iron, phosphorus, and carbohydrates
necessary for the whole organism. We are also aware that in the province there
are bakeries that use pure flour.

Our idea of selling puddings based on goose and other cereals is to give consumers a good quality
of life and good nutrition since this product contains several high nutrients.
