of known generals and stated in the present preliminary inquiry that is at the indicated
heading and that is being followed in this investigative agency under your worthy and
respectable charge, before you C. Investigating Agent, with due respect, I hereby appear to
state the following:

That by means of the present document and based on the provisions of numbers 8 eight,
20 twenty section A), 20 section B section II, 35 section V of the Political Constitution of the
United Mexican States I go before H. Social Representation to formulate in writing my:

AMPLIFICATION OF DECLARATION

Under formal oath of truth I wish to state that I wish to expand my declaration in that I
wish to clarify that we left the ADDRESS ------------------, in Mexico City. to go to the City of
Toluca, State of Mexico, with the equipment described above in my ministerial statement,
to the company SURTIMEX, where a demonstration of the aforementioned equipment was
carried out, to later go to the branch office of THE COMPANY XOCHIMILCO, in Toluca,
State of Mexico, located at DOMICILIO , but before arriving at said branch office, we went
to the hotel NAME, where we made a reservation to spend the night in this city.xico,
located at DOMICILIO ---------------- but before arriving at said branch, we went to the hotel
NAME , where we made a reservation to spend the night in this city and it was when we
left the offices that we realized that the equipment had been stolen from the truck,
without knowing who or who took it.

It is for this reason that I respectfully come before you, C. Agent of the Public Prosecutor's
Office in order to expand his statement to make him aware of the aforementioned facts.

For the foregoing reasons, I hereby request the following:

SINGLE: To consider me as having presented my extension of declaration, agreeing in
conformity with what has been requested.
