ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT:

I, ..................................... of legal age, with D.N.I: ..................., hereinafter referred to as "The Bride and
Groom", and........................................ of legal age, with D.N.I. ....................., hereinafter referred to as "The
Novia", have agreed and covenanted:

Art. 1:Respect, trust and fidelity will be the 3 pillars of the relationship, understood under a monogamous
regime. The couple should be encouraged to: a full social life, healthy eating, sports and especially: education
and work.

Art. 2: The present contract has an annual duration, and may be renewed if the parties so wish, otherwise,
after the expiration of the term, it will be automatically cancelled.

Art. 3: The contract may be terminated at any time if one of the parties so wishes, and may be modified if
both parties agree.

Chapter I: Friendships& family

Art.4: As far as possible there should be a harmonious relationship with the couple's relatives and friends.
The bride or groom may, withoutexplanation, haveone day a week, of his or her choice, to go out with friends,
and the couple must be informed at least eight (8) hours in advance.

Art. 5: It is strictly forbidden to talk about sexual intimacies, but not about frequency, contraceptive
methods or similar. It is forbidden to disclose or talk about illnesses and/or personal problems of the bride or
groom without prior authorization.

Chapter II: Sexual relations

Art. 6: The present contract obliges to comply with the "3 Hearts Rule" (meaning a minimum of three (3)
sexual relations per week, See Art. 7. Likewise, it is expressly stated that the bride and groom may use all
parts of the couple's body, without limitations or conditions, as long as they both enjoy it to the fullest.

Art.7: In the event that the bride is unable to comply with article 6 due to menstruation, the " one heart
rule" shall apply (meaning a minimum of one (1) sexual relation per week). In the event that the reason for
the impossibility is an illness of either the man or the woman, sex will be suspended for an indefinite period of
time. This contract entitles the bride or groom to procure any substitute that he or she may deem appropriate
as long as it does not conflict with any of the above articles.

Art. 8:The bride must use some form of contraception. In the case of a delay (greater than three (3) days),
taking into account the regularity of the contraceptive method, blood tests will be performed; any other less
suitable method of verification will be prohibited. In the event of a positive test result, a health professional
should be consulted immediately. The decision to continue or not with the pregnancy will be in the hands of
both, in case of contradiction, the decision of the mother will prevail, which must be accepted and
accompanied by the couple.

Chapter III: Communication and social networks

Art.9:The use of more than one cellular line is prohibited, the same must be active. In the event that it is cut
off for non-payment, the couple should be asked to pay the debt, which will be reinstated when the debtor's
economic situation is regularized.

Art.10: The use of cell phones during a match shall only be limited to answering calls and messages, but not
to the use of social networks (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Art. 11:Use of Facebook:

1. Only one account will be allowed, in case any party has more than one, it must disclose the password
of the same.
2. They shall:
 To be privatized to the outside and to be in normal conditions of privacy (i.e. no privatization
of friendships, photos, etc.).
 Appear in "a relationship", it is not necessary to make it explicit, any concealment is strictly
forbidden.
3. The use of "activity notification" (which notifies you of any activity the other does) is expressly
forbidden, if used, it cannot be used against you (by way of reproach), as this element constitutes a
total violation of the privacy and trust of the partner.

Art. 12:When an appointment is agreed upon and one of the parties is unable to attend, he/she must cancel
at least three (3) hours in advance, giving the corresponding apologies and explanations. In the event that an
unforeseen event arises within 3 hours that is considered force majeure, there will be no penalty. An
appointment can only be postponed once, in case it is postponed a second time it will be automatically
cancelled.

Art.13:A promise is binding, no matter how foolish it may be. In the case of not being able to comply with it
due to unforeseen external factors, a grace period of no less than 24 hours and no more than 7 days will be
granted to redeem.

Art.14This article grants the "Right to Habeas Corpus", understood as a summary action resource in which
one of the parties requests the "habeas corpus" invoking the other to go to the place where he is, no matter
where and what he is doing, in a period no longer than the physical time necessary to go to the place, plus an
additional fifteen (15) minutes: the physical time necessary to move to the place, plus a plus of fifteen (15)
minutes. This resource can only be used once per month, and is not cumulative. (It should be used responsibly
and not arbitrarily. In the event that this article clashes with any other article, this one will have supremacy).

Chapter IV: Penalties and sanctions

Art.15: Failure to comply with articles 1, 6, 7, 8 and 14 will automatically put the relationship on "Stand By"(
Stand By means a period of no more than 7 days to meet and make the decision to continue or not) When the
article not complied with is any of the others, a sanction will be applied according to the fault committed. In
the event that one or both parties choose not to continue; the "right of dismissal" (meaning "right of
dismissal" to a sexual relationship as stipulated in Art. 6may be requested by either party at such meeting,
further obliging them to stay together that night. In the event that the item that broke was one (1), this right
may not be used by the party that caused the damage.
