Nutty Nutcracker Basket Donations Donation Box in our Lobby

Every dance class will be sponsoring a gift basket for the Nutcracker events, proceeds from the baskets will be donated to our charities after being raffled/auctioned off at our charity events. Xtremes 5th Annual performance of The Nutty Nutcracker

Our own awesome Xtreme Company dancers will be presenting our 5th Annual Christmas performance of The Nutty Nutcracker on December 10th at Lake Mary High School at 3:30pm. Tickets will be on sale at the front desk soon. All proceeds will benefit Kids House of Seminole and American Childhood Cancer Organization, two very worthy charities. VIP tickets: $25, Adults $10, Children $7.50 This year we are also having a Charity Gala night to raise money for our two charities. It will be held on Monday, December 5th at The Vineyard in Colonial Town Park, Lake Mary. This will be a fun adult evening out. Make it a date night and come support our charities. Food, drinks, fun, raffles, silent auction and live entertainment will make it the perfect night out on the town. Details to follow.
A BIG THANK YOU!!! Our Xtreme Company Dancers did a fantastic job at the American Childhood Cancer Organization Walk. They performed a preview of our Sugar Plum dance for the Nutty Nutcracker and made us all very proud!

Halloween Costumes Dancers are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to class during the week of October 24th thru October 31st
(tights/proper shoes & hair still applies)

Student Forms
Please make sure you have completed and turned in all necessary paperwork. Please be sure to give us up-to-date contact information. If your information changes please notify the front desk as soon as possible.

Dates the Studio will be closed:

Thanksgiving- Tuesday, November 22nd
Saturday, November 26th. Classes will resume on Monday, November 28th .

Xtreme Dances 11th Annual Recital will be held

on Saturday, June 16th at Lake Mary High School RECITAL FORM ATTACHED IN THIS EMAIL FIRST PAYMENT DUE 10/1/2011 Every dancer must fill out a form, even if you are unable to participate. Costume measurements will be taken November 1st 12th, if your child is absent then, please come in another day during those dates so we can measure them. Costumes are special ordered for each child and are non-refundable.

Winter Break Thursday, December 22nd

Wednesday, January 4th. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 5th

Class Placement
If your child is not happy with her/ his class, we may need to look into changing the class. We want to make sure each dancer is in the appropriate class and enjoying them. See the front desk if you have any questions or concerns.

Spring Break- Monday, March 18th Saturday, March 24th. Classes will resume on Monday, March 26th. Memorial Day- Saturday, May 26th-Monday,
May 28th.Classes will resume on Tuesday, May 29th.

Tuition Policies
Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) If you are on auto bill, you will receive a $5 cash discount off tuition, which will be charged on the last day of the ensuing month. These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. If you wish to begin paying through our auto bill option, forms must be received by the 15th of month in order to be processed for the upcoming month. You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last). If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Suite 1048, Sanford, FL 32771.

Make-Up Classes are optional

If you are absent please call the studio to arrange a make up time. All missed classes must be made up within one month otherwise you will not be able to make up the class and no refunds will be offered.

Dress Code
It is important for the safety of the dancer to dress appropriately. For additional class requirements please refer to the back of the Registration Form or our website www.xtremedance.cc

Communication/Class
If you need to speak to your childs teacher, please do not interrupt the teacher between or during classes. Please do not tap on the window to gain your childs attention or interrupt the class to discipline them. Thank you for your cooperation.
