RULES AND REGULATIONS

I, , hereby agree to the following Rules and Regulations of Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC: 1. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking of hunt. The balance is due upon arrival to our facility.

2. The Shooting of Button Bucks is strictly prohibited. In the event you shoot a button buck, you agree to forfeit your right to hunt an additional buck for that season at our facility. 3. Under no circumstances and at no time is a hunter allowed to move from the designated hunting location or stand that is designated for them prior to pick up. Doing so crates a danger to both hunters and staff. Failing to follow this procedure will result in immediate termination of hunt without refund 4. When a client shoots an animal, he or she is to call a staff member immediately and wait for them to arrive at the hunting location before getting down from the stand or begin looking for the animal unaccompanied. We will make every effort to find and retrieve your harvest. 5. We would like to have your hunting license number and deer permit number before you arrive at lodge. No hunter will be allowed to hunt without the proper licenses 6. All of our properties are managed to maximize trophy whitetail production. Following all of our rules is an integral part of this process. 7. Remember, you are always responsible for your own safety. Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC requires all hunters to bring and wear a safety harness at all times when utilizing a tree stand. 8. Tree stand hunting is the primary method of harvesting whitetail deer, but we also offer ladder stands and ground blinds in some locations. Please advise us if you would like to inquire about the use of portable ground blinds. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. 9. Clients will not adjust or move tree stands at any time while hunting. If you have an issue with your location, please contact a staff member for assistance. 10. All weapons are to be transported unloaded and are to remain so until arrival at your ultimate hunting location.

11. All hunters are required to tag their harvest immediately and report their harvest in accordance with the law 12. No smoking will be allowed in Stuyvesant Manor or while hunting. 13. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in an immediate end of the hunting excursion without refund. ADDITIONAL FIELD / UPLAND BIRD HUNTING RULES: 1- Any and all ammunition is to be purchased from Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures. We have made a concerted effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible and utilize only non toxic ammunition. If you require anything other than steel shot, please advise a staff member prior to your arrival. 2- Blaze orange hat and shooting glasses required. 3- No more than 3 shells in magazine. 4- Guns to be loaded only in the field. 5- Safety to remain on until birds flies. 6- No shooting at birds below 10 feet. 7- No shooting at birds that fly behind hunters. 8- Guns to be unloaded when returning to break area. 9- No shooting at any animals or birds other than game birds. 10- No one under 16 years of age may hunt.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

This RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, executed on this _______ day of __________________, 20_____ by _____________________(hereinafter the Undersigned or I of the City of _________________, County of _________________, State of _________________. The Undersigned hereby acknowledges that he, or she, as applicable, voluntarily agree to participate in one or more hunting expeditions sponsored by STUYVESANT OUDOOR ADVENTURES, LLC and /or any of its affiliated organizations or entities and / or any of their respective owners, managers, employees, agents and / or independent contractors, whomever, hereinafter, collectively, Company. Such hunting expeditions may be videotaped or photographed for commercial use by Company, as it deems appropriate, in its sole judgment and absolute discretion. Such hunting expeditions may take place either within or without the territorial limits of the United States of America. Any and all costs arising from or attributable to the Undersigneds involvement in such hunting expeditions shall be borne, solely, by the Undersigned under separate agreement with Company, ant the Undersigned shall save, indemnify and hold Company harmless on account thereof. The Undersigned acknowledges that his or her participation in such hunting expeditions is voluntary on his or her part, but is absolutely preconditioned on the Undersigned executing the Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue. The Undersigned represents to Company that: 1. He or she is in general good health sufficient to withstand the rigors of outdoor activities. 2. That he or she possesses a current, validly issued hunting license from the State of New York allowing the type of hunting intended. 3. That he or she is aware that hunting can be a dangerous activity and have expressly assumed all risks attendant to hunting, without limitation, exposure to inclement weather, rough insecure and hazardous terrain, the presence of other hunters, wild animals, insects, reptiles and poisonous vegetation which may be found upon the lands. 4. That he or she will comply with all rules that may be promulgated by Company, or by the owner of any property upon which hunting expeditions are conducted (hereinafter Owner), regulating the privileges hereunder or thereupon. 5. That he or she will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, game laws, endangered or protective species acts, land use regulations, preservation of cultural resources, burial sites, or other archaeological sites, and the use and manufacture of controlled substances.

6. That he or she understands that the privilege to hunt will not be granted unless he or she signs this Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue. 7. Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC reserves the right to use any photographs, video footage, hunt stories and names for marketing purposes, business enhancing opportunities, and/or profitable promotion strategies for 8. Stuyvesant Hunt Club. 9. Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC reserves the right to be able to have any bucks which gross scores over 130 inches replicated. Notice will be given to the hunter/client in writing within 90 days from the harvest date of such a buck.

THE UNDERSIGNED IS AWARE THAT HUNTING ACTIVITIES, IN GENERAL, AND HUNTING EXPEDITIONS, IN PARTICULAR, MAY BE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES, WHICH MAY BE INJURIOUS TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND THE UNDERSIGNED IS VOUNTARTILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE TO THE DANGERS INVOLVED AND DOES HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS AND DAMAGE ARISING THEREFROM, WHATSOEVER In consideration of being allowed to participate in such hunting expeditions the Undersigned, and, if applicable, the Undersigneds spouse agrees that I, or we, or my, or our, respective heirs, distributes, guardians, legal representatives, successors or assignees, whomsoever, will not make any claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute Company or Owner for illness, injury or damage to person or property resulting from the negligence or other acts, however caused, by any invitee, licensee contractee, guest, member, manager, employee, agent or independent contractor of Company or Owner, whomsoever as a result of the Undersigneds participation in such hunting expeditions. In addition, I, or we, hereby release and discharge Company and Owner from any and all actions, claims or demands, whatsoever, that I, or we, or that my, or our respective heirs, distributes, guardians, legal representatives, executors, successors or assigns, whomsoever, now have, or may hereafter have, for any illness, injury or damage resulting from the Undersigneds participation in such hunting activities, in general, and such hunting expeditions, in particular. In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I the Undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

1. Past, present, or affiliated Client/Clientele/Hunter may not solicit any landowners and/or neighboring property owners within 30 miles of any Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC hunting property (past or present) for hunting purposes. Past, present, or affiliated Client/Clientele/Hunter may not accept any offer for hunting purposes from any land/property owners within 30 miles of any Stuyvesant Hunt Club hunting property. Past, present, or affiliated Client/Clientele/Hunter may not trespass on Stuyvesant Hunt Club landowners and/or neighboring property owners (past or present) land for any purpose without the written consent of Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC. Any Client/Clientele/Hunter doing so will be litigated against to the highest degree. The Client/Clientele/Hunter further acknowledges that any such breach may allow the Client/Clientele/Hunter or Third Parties to unfairly compete with Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC resulting in irreparable harm to Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC and therefore, that upon any such breach, Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC shall be entitled to seek equitable relief in addition to whatever remedies it may have at law. Any Client/Clientele/Hunter proven responsible agrees to pay all legal fees that may arise from such action. The foregoing obligations shall survive for a period of five (5) years from the date of the signature from Client/Clientele/Hunter and Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC in this document. 2. The risk of injury from the activities involves in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death. 3. I KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY, AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation. 4. I willingly agree to comply with terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence and participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately 5. By participating in or attending any activity in connection with this program, I consent to the use of any photographs, pictures, film or videotape taken of me or provided by me for publicity, publicity, promotion, television, websites or any other use, and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright or other ownership right connected to same. 6. I accept full responsibility for any injury I may incur while hunting with Stuyvesant Outdoor Adventures, LLC. I will inspect the safety of any tree stand or step before using it; I accept full responsibility for any tree stand I use and the height in which it is at; I also agree to wear and use a safety belt and / or harness while climbing a tree, placing a stand, hunting from a stand, or stepping onto or off a tree stand.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS STUYVESANT OUTDOOR ADVENTURES, LLC, STUYVESANT HUNT CLUB AND 203 HOLLOW ROAD, LLC, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASE OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I, or we, as applicable, waive, release and discharge any and all claims, whatsoever, for illness, damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I, or we, as applicable may have, or which may subsequently accrue to me or to us, as applicable, as a result of my or our participation in such hunting activities, in general, and hunting expeditions, in particular, and that participants in such hunting activities, in general and such hunting expeditions, in particular, occasionally sustain serious personal injuries, illnesses and / or property damage, all of a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks attended to such hunting activities, in general, and hunting expeditions, in particular, the Undersigned, nevertheless does hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who, through negligence, carelessness or otherwise might otherwise be liable to me (or to my spouse, heirs or assigns), for damages and, if applicable, my spouse joins in such assumption, release and indemnification give herein. It is further understood and agreed that this wavier, release and assumption of risk is binding upon me or us, and if applicable upon my spouse, as well, and also upon my, and our, respective heirs, executors, successors, assigns, and personal representative, whomsoever. I OR WE, AS APPLICABLE, HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, I OR WE, AS APPLICABLE, ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF, OR OURSELVES, AND THE COMPANY AND I OR WE, AS APPLICABLE, HAVE SIGNED SAME OF MY OR OUR OWN FREE WILL AND VIOLITION. THE UNDERSIGNED SPECIFICALLY RECOGNIZES THAT BY SIGNING IT, HE OR SHE IS WAIVING ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST COMPANY AND OWNER AND AGREEING TO INDEMNIFY COMPANY AND OWNER AND TO HOLD THEM HARMLESS FROM THEOR OWN NEGLIGENCE AND ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MIGHT RESULT IN DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH TO THE UNDERSIGNED OR HIS OR HER PROPERTY AND THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS OR HAVE VOLUNTAIRILY AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS RELEASE.

In addition, the Undersigned permits the use of his or her voice, image and name to any videos filmed, produced, distributed and/or sold by Company with respect to any hunting activities, in general, and hunting expeditions, in particular, which the Undersigned participates, in any way, whatsoever, under the auspices of the Company, and which use shall be without remuneration from, or liability on the part of, the Company, in any form or manner, whatsoever.

I acknowledge that I received the Rules and Regulations with the Waiver and release sixty (60) days before the dated scheduled hunt. I have the opportunity to review said documents with counsel. I knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily agreed to all terms and conditions and assume these risks of my own free will and accord.
