The Bright Futures Begin Early Conference and the Arkansas Association for Infant Mental Health share the following purposes:
Build public awareness of the importance of prenatal care and the first three years of life for healthy socialemotional development. Promote best practice and education to support healthy development of infants and toddlers. Promote professional development and best practice to enhance the relationship between infants/toddlers and their care givers. Promote collaboration and communication among individuals in Arkansas who are advocates.

Course Objectives
