I have known Surya from the time he joined Collabera as a recent college grad. I am a deputy General Manager in Collabera and in that capacity he reports to me for the project deliverables. Suryas deliverables included requirement gathering from the client, design documentation, Impact analysis, documentation and execution of test cases and code development.

In every task and challenge that was assigned to him he managed to push the envelope on what was expected of him. He has demonstrated that he can comprehend business problems and provide solutions at ease. He is very hard working and committed to his goals and deliverables. He has worked very hard to meet his deliverables while adhering rigorous software development practices such as proper design doc, unit tests etc. He is open to challenging tasks and stretches himself to overcome the barriers for achieving excellence. I have known Surya as a proactive and a result oriented team member. He is a champion in taking initiatives.
