Steps

Raw data handling to generate both information and knowledge is a frequent process in the LTER-sites. We call a model to the steps required to transform raw data. ModeleR, is a model repository accessible from the web, which enables the user to design, document, manage, and execute environmental models: Metadata about the different steps to transform the data. Manage the workflows of Kerpler for automatize the proccess.

Objectives Development a system that we allow set the metadata for environmental models. Delegate the execution of a workflow that implement an environmental model. Use the raw data of an Information System. Feedback of results on environmental model to Information System.
