7.2 FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS

“Future Enhancements” has been coined to denote the fact that “Every
thing can always be done better than it is being done”. The project developed is
satisfactory and implements many of the validations suggested. But there is no
completeness to any work produced. Some of the possible future enhancements that
can be considered are:

• Encryption method can also be used to encrypt the message passed from one file
to other.
• Online help can also be possible

For the future enhancements of the system, it is flexible to make

change according to future needs. This can be done by small changes to make on to
the main module and adding the required module to main module and making
separate option facility.

 The project is not suitable for infinite number of users.

 Memory is limited.
 The project will be executed fastly only if given software requirements are
