Rules and Conditions 1. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries. Judges decision is final and is not subject to review. 2. Complaints must be lodged in writing with a 20 fee to the Secretary within 1 hour of the class finishing. The fee will only be returned if the complaint is upheld. 3. All persons on horseback, whether competitors or not, must wear a hard hat meeting current safety standards. 4. Under new Health and Safety Rules, any rider who falls from their horse/pony while competing must retire and lead their mount from the ring. 5. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage or accident to property or persons, regardless of cause.
