Amanda Nichol 13555 Kit Lane APT 176 Dallas, TX 75240 To: Ms Rissie Owens, Chairman of the Board

Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles PO Box 13401 Austin TX, 78711-3401 Dear Ms. Owens, My name is Amanda Nichol; I am David E, Montelongos girlfriend. We have been together for a little over two years, and although we have had our ups and downs, especially the past nine months. We have an open, honest, loving, and very nurturing relationship. I have lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area all of my life, and I currently reside in a one bedroom apartment in North Dallas. I do live alone until David joins me in the home I have made for us. I know with the right influence and love our friends, our family, and myself have for him, David will be able to accomplish the short term goals (employment at Ramirez Construction) and his long term goals (college). David will be able to learn by example from the people he will be contact with on a daily basis once paroled. We have moved from the city and county that holds all of Davids history. We will start fresh in Dallas and live a good and law abiding life. David is not a violent person nor has he ever committed a violent crime. His risk to society if allowed to reenter society on parole will be very low. I own my own car and have no problem taking David to work, school, or parole visits, until he can be at a place where he will be able to get his own transportation. The time David has spent incarcerated has allowed him to mature and develop needed life skills. I feel that this maturity and skill development will allow David to be a successful parolee. Respectively, it is my wish that you vote yes in allowing David E. Montelongo to parole when eligible. Thank you in advance for your time and attention to the matter, Sincerely, Amanda Nichol 13555 Kit LN APT 176 Dallas TX, 75240 214-289-4243 AKNicho1205@hotmail.com
