Business Development team at WaterHealth acquires orders from government, Philanthropists, corporate, franchisees to install Water Health centres .To engage these customers and to develop customer loyalty, it is required to run a customer relationship program. The customer facing teams of WHIN (CART-Water sales, operations and Quality) have to meet customers at regular intervals through pre-defined beat plan. It is required to develop stride process that will help to structure these visits of these customer facing functions. WORK EXPERIENCE
