NetSure 801 - Uninterruptible power at its best!

Introducing NetSure 801, a large DC power system in Emerson Network Powers successful
NetSure family. With NetSure 801, a new best-in-class DC power system has been created for all
-48V telecom and data centers.

NetSure 801 has everything you need for
large -48VDC sites. It has an effciency of >93%,
which is important for keeping operating
expenditures down and being environmentally
friendly. Another outstanding feature is the
very high power density of the NetSure 801
up to 116 kW per cabinet which saves space
for telecom and datacom products.
NetSure 801 is designed to allow quick
extensions to a live system. Rectifers and
distribution units are ready for plug-and-play
and can be easily added. New cabinets can also
be simply added to a live system.
However, the most important feature of the
NetSure 801 is its superior reliability for large
-48V DC sites. The NetSure 801 is designed
to effectively protect any -48V system. This
with the high standards of Emerson Network
Power products.

NetSure 801 is designed to be the number
one choice for large -48VDC sites. It can be
confgured freely as a distributed system with
rectifers and battery/load fuses in the same
cabinet, or as a bulk system with separate
cabinets for fuses. The bulk concept is especially
well suited for replacing old power systems at
existing sites. Its the perfect way to increase
reliability and also decrease power consumption.

Whats more, NetSure 801 comes in top or
bottom cable confgurations and with a wide
choice of distribution units. You can use circuit
breakers and fuses in both small and large
sizes. There is a solution to meet every need.
Also battery protection comes in different
sizes. Many small or fewer large batteries can
be used, all depending on your site and appli-
cation requirements. Battery disconnection is
available to protect batteries from deep
discharge. All NetSure 801 systems come
with AC protection (one circuit breaker per
rectifer) as standard.

The rectifers in NetSure 801 are of 3-phase
design with a high power density and high
effciency (>93%). Other features of the R48-
5800 are its plug-and-play design and weight
of only 8 kg, making the installation and
expansion of systems extremely easy.
The rectifer also shows a low THD level (<5%)
and very wide input voltage range. Full output
power, 5800W, is available at 305-530 V AC!

NetSure 801 comes with an advanced
controller unit, or ACU. It has all the features
and functions needed for a large -48V DC site.
Settings and supervision can be done via the
Web interface or directly at the controller unit.
The controller features advanced battery test
functions, battery capacity prediction and
event logs. It has an SNMP protocol and a large
number of alarm relays. When needed, the
controller can be used as site manager with
Emerson Network Powers SM units. The SM
units monitor everything from advanced AC
logs, battery cell and block voltages, burglar
alarms, fre alarms, cooling equipment and
much more. All information is presented via
the ACU Web interface and local display.
