The Feast of Trumpets

GODS HOLY DAYS (Source: Main Page, Trumpet Call of God , Holy Days verses holidays study) God has given us seven annual festivals, or feast days, on which to worship and honor Him. By observing them according to His word, we can understand His ultimate plan for humanity. These holy days include Passover, the Feast of the Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, the Feast of Pentecost, the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, the Feast of Tabernacles (and the Last Great Daypart of the Feast of Tabernacles). Mention of all seven holy days are found in the Old Testament (Exodus and Leviticus). Their fulfillment, in and by Christ, is found in the New Testament.
From God the Father, given to Timothy:

The seven are the Plan of the Ages, and are all in all manifest through Christ, who shall bring them to actualization... three have passed, one is, and three are to come.
A note from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, given to Timothy: So then, My children, seek to please My Father in all your ways. For He is also your Father, as I am your Father. He, who obeys the Father, comes to Me and I show him the way. I am the Good Shepherd. I separate My sheep from evil and shelter them in My Fathers barn. So then, so shall you separate yourself from all things of evil and this world. Fall not into temptation, call on My name and I shall set a hedge about you and hide you, and keep you until I come and deliver you from these evils. The Lord takes away....and that left open to Him is filled with living water. I am He who takes away your burden which is sin,and lightens that within you through My Spirit and Truth. You wish for holy days (holidays) to honor Me, I have given you seven...plus one which falls on Saturday of each week, which is the seventh day. Remember, My children: Those, who have planted their feet in uprightness before the Lord, testifying on My behalf, may no longer walk where others walk. This is where iniquity and hypocrisy abound.

Volume 4 Steadfast Faith and Obedience are Where One Shall Find All Prayers Answered and Miracles Made Manifest, in Accordance with Gods Will
12/18/05 - From God the Father and Our Lord Jesus Christ - A Letter Given to Timothy, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear excerpt The Father does all things for you, through Me; and I do that which is asked of Me through you. Even so, I am coming, and will also accomplish that which the Father commands of Me, so all, who will come, will come and enter into His rest, which is also your rest and Mine. For we shall all be together in the Fathers rest, for one day in the Lord, then a short work, then again entering into the Fathers rest and His eternal joy.
So indeed, those, who have the faith of a mustard seed, can move mountains,

because that seed was created without doubt, knowing in itself it shall become and grow as God has ordained it to be... this is the seed I also give to those who love Me. It is only the ground, you currently live in, that keeps you from that which the Father has ordained from the beginning that you shall be.

This is why I am come into the world, and will arrive shortly, and return again...to fulfill the Plan of the Ages set forth by God from the very foundation of the world. Amen.

Jesus is the Fulfillment of all Things... Including Gods holy days

As Christians, we should keep those days God has set aside for us and commanded us to keep forever... the seven annual Holy Days, in addition to the weekly Sabbath day, the seventh day of each week. For in the Holy Days is there a greater joy and understanding in the knowing that Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of all things! Nothing man has made, nor any holiday ordained by man, compares to the glory of what God has planned for those who love Him...foreshadowed and revealed in the Seven Holy Days of God.

Know you not, in these seven is wisdom and understanding... yea, the very mind of God. ~ God
The Spring Holy Days include Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost. All of these Holy Days have been fulfilled through Jesus Christ. He was crucified on Passover*, later being called our Passover by His apostles*. He was buried on the Feast of Unleavened Bread, or right before*, unleavening all mankind through His shed blood (1 Corinthians 5:7). He was raised three nights and three days later on First Fruits (see Part 5: Chronology of Jesus Crucifixion), being the first fruits from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:20, 23). The Holy Spirit, His Spirit, was given at Pentecost, fifty days later (Acts 2:1-4). Those four events fulfilled the Spring Holy Days. The Fall Holy Days include the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, Tabernacles and the Last Great Day. The Last Great Day is included with Tabernacles because it is an extension of the Millennium (Revelation 11:15 & 22:5). We believe that as the Spring Holy Days were fulfilled through Christ, also will the Fall Holy Days be fulfilled through Christ, possibly on the day of the Holy Day itself, as were the Spring Holy Days fulfilled on the exact day. The next pivotal event in the timeline is the rapture or gathering up of Christs church, which includes all those who truly love Him and know Him, those who He sees of Himself in them. We believe this will happen on or around the Feast of Trumpets. The Messianic fulfillment of the Day of Atonement and Tabernacles will immediately follow and will be fulfilled by Christ, in the same manner...God and Jesus do not change (Malachi 3:6 and Hebrews 13:8). *(see Part 5: Chronology of Jesus Crucifixion Main Page, Trumpet Call of God , Holy Days verses holidays study)

Volume 6 Keep the Passover, Even All Seven Holy Days Set Forth By God, And You Shall Begin to Know and Understand the Glory of God and His Christ
3/20/07 From God The Father and Jesus The Christ, Our Lord and Savior - A Letter Given to Timothy, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear Keep The Passover, Even All Seven Holy Days Set Forth by The Father... And You Will Begin to Know and Understand The Glory of God and His Christ.

Thus says The Lord God of Israel: Keep The Passover... Keep it according to the New Covenant... Keep it in faith and love. Forsake these vanities of men, false doctrines, taken from that which is unseemly in the eyes of The Lord your God. Unleaven yourselves and give Me perfect praise, pure worship in Christ, your Sanctuary. Keep The Feast of Unleavened Bread also... Seven days as an offering of thanks for Him who I sent to you, the very same who has removed all leaven from within you. My children, Jesus The Christ is your Passover!... YahuShua is His name. How is it that you do not remember Him, according to how He, Himself, has shown you?... Stop following the world and the perverse doctrines of men! Return to your First Love... And remember. For upon this one sacrifice rests the salvation of all mankind... The Lamb of God, Who has taken away the sins of the world. Yet I do not see you, even you, who call of yourselves by The Christs own name, keeping that which I, even I, have set forth that you should keep, even all Seven (The Holy Days). Know you not, in these Seven is wisdom and understanding?... Yea, the very mind of God?! Yet you choose vanities on top of vanities. You are a perverse and adulterous generation, even all of you who call of yourselves by My own name, the name I have given My Son, The Holy One of Israel. [Jesus The Christ] I tell you the truth... The time is coming, and is already here, When I shall pass through the door and reap, for the harvest is ripe... And many shall be left wanting, in tears. So then, prepare yourselves and make ready, For the age of men is finished, and judgment shall reign seven times... And then the end shall come, which shall also be the beginning. I am not of this world... My children, you are of this world. And so all those, who love and accept Me, are no longer of this world, for I reside in them. And if I am in you, how is it you do not follow Me? For if you follow Me, you would do as I did, and learn from those I sent out, bearing the Gospel of My own name... Follow Me, beloved, follow Me!... I shall bring you into glory. I am coming quickly... Yea, I am already here. Though you do not yet behold My face, I have never left you... Beloved, I am coming quickly. And all those, who are truly converted in their hearts, shall be caught up and never leave Me... Nor shall they be separated from Me ever again. And these same ones shall also return with Me in all My glory, and not just them, but all those who I shall gather up, who did not love their lives more than Me,who sang the song of their new hearts, even unto death, even all these during the times of great tribulation.

So then, beloved, even all those who call of themselves by My own name, as I had received of The Father... Keep The Passover in remembrance of Me, even all of The Fathers most Holy Days, according to Me, and you shall begin to know My glory. Behold, I am coming quickly to fulfill and restore all things! As I am holy, so shall you also be holy... And do that, which is holy. Know this... Four are fulfilled... Salvation assured, sin and death overcome, the Spirit given... Three are coming quickly...
Sin destroyed, evil bound, My seat taken... Judgment... A new day, even one thousand years. Then a short season.... Consummation. Behold, an everlasting day in The Lord. Amen... And Amen.

Festivals of Hope
When God freed the Israelites from Egyptian bondage, He revealed to them, in addition to the weekly Sabbath, His seven annual festivals. The apostle Paul tells us these observances are "a shadow of things to come" (Colossians 2:16-17)that is, they foreshadow and reveal the basics of His plan of salvation. God originally gave them as harvest festivalsand for an appropriate reason. The writers of the Bible often compare the spiritual harvest of human lives to the agricultural harvests that physically sustain life. Therefore we find harvest analogies and parables to represent aspects of God's plan to bring humanity to repentance. God's goal is to harvest human beingsyou and meinto His Kingdom. One of Christ's best-known parables that illustrates this is the famous illustration of the sower and the seed (Matthew 13:3). Jesus compared the work God began through Him to a harvest. Christ told His disciples: "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together" (John 4:34-36). Here Jesus links the concept of a harvest to His work of bringing eternal life (salvation) to humans. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). The Greek word translated into English as "Jesus" means Savior. Its Hebrew equivalent, translated into English as "Joshua," means God is salvation. Jesus' role in securing our salvation is the nucleus of God's plan. Paul, writing to the young evangelist Timothy, explained that God "has saved us and called us with a holy calling ... according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel" (2 Timothy 1:9-10). God planned from the beginning to both create and save mankind through Christ. Describing Jesus' role Paul explains : He is the visible image of the invisible God. He is supreme over all creation,

because in connection with him were created all things - in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, lordships, rulers or authorities - they have all been created through him and for him. He existed before all things, and he holds everything together. Also he is head of the Body, the Messianic Community - he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might hold first place in everything ( Colossians 1:15-18 ). Christ's role in God's master plan was not an afterthought. Everything in that plan is directly related to Jesus' mission and work as our Savior. The apostle John refers to Jesus as "the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world"(Revelation 13:8). Jesus, speaking about the specific importance of His crucifixion to humanity's salvation, told His disciples, "And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself" (John 12:32). Christ's task is not only making salvation possible but leading "all peoples" into a lasting relationship with Him and His Father. Christ's role in humanity's salvation is crucial. His role is also the central theme of God's sacred festivals, which reveal the sequence of events in His plan. The festivals all occur during harvest seasons in the Holy Land, where Jesus grew up and lived His human life. Seven annual festivals ( Holy Days) are listed in the Scriptures: Each focuses on a specific aspect of God's plan. In Exodus 23:14-16 God reveals to us the proper seasons for the festivals: "Three times a year you are to celebrate a festival to me. Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread; for seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in that month you came out of Egypt. No one is to appear before me empty-handed. Celebrate the Feast of Harvest [Pentecost] with the firstfruits of the crops you sow in your field. Celebrate the Feast of Ingathering [Tabernacles] at the end of the year, when you gather in your crops from the field" (NIV). During the three festival seasons of the yearspring, early summer and fallGod commands that a "holy convocation" (Exodus 12:16), a sacred assembly, take place every annual sabbath or special "high day" (John 19:31). No one is to perform any regular work or labor on those days (Numbers 28:18, 25, 26; 29:1, 7, 12, 35 ). Occurring during the physical harvests of life-sustaining food products, God's festivals all point to aspects of His spiritual harvest of humanity to eternal life. As is so often the case in the Scriptures, God uses physical things to help us better understand spiritual truths. Jesus Himself frequently drew physical analogies to teach spiritual principles.

THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS

( Leviticus 23: 23-25 CJB ) 23 ADONAI said to Moshe, 24 "Tell the people of Isra'el, 'In the seventh month, the first of the month is to be for you a day of complete rest for remembering, a holy convocation announced with blasts on the shofar. 25 Do not do any kind of ordinary work, and bring an offering made by fire to ADONAI." The Feast of Trumpets introduces the autumn festivals-representing the culmination of the present age of man and the beginning of an incredible time during which God will play a much more direct part in world events. The previous festivals constitute personal responses to the workings of God in the people He calls and chooses. The Feast of Trumpets herald the intervention of God in the affairs of humanity on a global basis. This Holy Day represents a dramatic turning point in world history. This particular festival also marks the beginning of the third and final feast season (Exodus 23:14, Deuteronomy 16:16), which includes the final four Holy Days of the year.

Other names that this Holy Day is known by are: Yom Teruah Rosh Hashanah Day of the Shofar Blast The Day that only the Father Knows ROSH HASHANAH A special season known as 'Teshuvah' which in Hebrew means "to return or repent", begins on the first day of the month of Elul and continues 40 days, ending with Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement). ( The Hebrew Calendar: The twelve regular months are: Nisan (30 days), Iyar (29 days), Sivan (30 days), Tammuz (29 days), Av (30 days), Elul (29 days), Tishrei (30 days), Cheshvan (29 or 30 days), Kislev (29 or 30 days), Tevet (29 days), Shevat (30 days), and Adar (29 days). In the leap years an additional month, Adar I (30 days) is added after Shevat, and the regular Adar is referred to as "Adar II". ) Thirty days into Teshuvah, on Tishrei 1, comes Rosh HaShanah. This begins a final ten-day period beginning on Rosh HaShanah ( The Feast of Trumpets) and ending on Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement). These are known as the High Holy Days and as the Awesome Days. The sabbath that falls within this ten-day period is called 'Shabbat Shuvah', the Sabbath of Return. Teshuvah begins on Elul 1 and concludes on Tishrei 10, Yom Kippur. Each morning during the 30 days of the month of Elul, the trumpet (shofar) or ram's horn is blown to warn the people to repent and return to God. God has always had a heart to warn people before He proclaims judgment. God warned the people before the flood, and He warned Nineveh before it was ruined. He does not want anyone to receive the wrath of His judgment (Ezekiel 18:21-23,30-32, Zephaniah 2:1-3). The message from Elul 1 to Rosh HaShanah is clear: Repent before Rosh HaShanah. Don't wait until after Rosh HaShanah, or you will find yourself in the Days of Awe. Rosh HaShanah is also referred to as 'Yom Teruah', the Day of the Sounding of the Shofar, or the Day of the Awakening Blast. On Yom Teruah, the Day of the Sounding of the Shofar, it is imperative for every person to hear the shofar. Yom Teruah is the only festival that no man knows the day or the hour in which it begins. This is due to the fact that it begins on the new moon. The new moon was sanctified when two witnesses see the new moon and attest to it before the Sanhedrin in the Temple. This sanctification could happen during either of two days, depending on when the witnesses come. Since no one knew when the witnesses would come, no one knew when the Feast of Trumpets would start. On the 30th of each month, the members of the High Court assembled in a courtyard in Jerusalem, where they waited to receive the testimony of two reliable witnesses. They then sanctified the new moon. Yom Teruah is the first seventh month feast falling directly on the day that the new moon is seen. It is the only feast specifically commanded by Yahweh to be kept on the new moon day. The seventh time the shofar is blown to proclaim the new moon in Yahweh's calendar is the month of Ethanim (Tishrei), the seventh month. Yom Teruah is the beginning of the count for all the seventh month moedim (appointed times). The command seems to be that we know the season, but not the day or the hour. ( Matthew 24: 32-51 CJB ) 32 "Now let the fig tree teach you its lesson: when its branches begin to sprout and leaves appear, you know that summer is approaching. 33 In the same way, when you see all

these things, you are to know that the time is near, right at the door. 34 Yes! I tell you that this people will certainly not pass away before all these things happen. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. 36 "But when that day and hour will come, no one knows -- not the angels in heaven, not the Son, only the Father. 37 For the Son of Man's coming will be just as it was in the days of Noach. 38 Back then, before the Flood, people went on eating and drinking, taking wives and becoming wives, right up till the day Noach entered the ark; 39 and they didn't know what was happening until the Flood came and swept them all away. It will be just like that when the Son of Man comes. 40 Then there will be two men in a field -- one will be taken and the other left behind. 41 There will be two women grinding flour at the mill -- one will be taken and the other left behind. 42 So stay alert, because you don't know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But you do know this: had the owner of the house known when the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore you too must always be ready, for the Son of Man will come when you are not expecting him. 45 "Who is the faithful and sensible servant whose master puts him in charge of the household staff, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 It will go well with that servant if he is found doing his job when his master comes. 47 Yes, I tell you that he will put him in charge of all he owns. 48 But if that servant is wicked and says to himself, `My master is taking his time'; 49 and he starts beating up his fellow servants and spends his time eating and drinking with drunkards; 50 then his master will come on a day the servant does not expect, at a time he doesn't know; 51 and he will cut him in two and put him with the hypocrites, where people will wail and grind their teeth! ( see also Mark 13:28-37 & Luke 21:10-37 )

Volume 3 of Man

As God is Three Aspects, All as One...So Too is the Coming of the Son

10/7/05 - From God the Father - A Letter Given to Timothy, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear excerpt If the Son of Man comes in full power and glory, and every eye shall see Him, then how is He also come as a Thief? Here is wisdom: The Son of Man comes at a day and hour unknown to spoil the house of the strong man. All that belongs to the Lord shall be taken, and all that belongs to the strong man, left. The Son of Man first comes as Spirit, poured out on the nations, to call on His elect...then as the Thief to take them away. For those forgiven must be taken out to make the way open to the strong man's servant, so he may rule. Those, forgiven and fully converted in their hearts, have no place in judgment...they have passed from judgment into life. Yom Teruah, or the Feast of Trumpets, is the only feast that we do not know the day or the hour in which to keep it. Therefore, we have to be on the alert and watch for it. ( Revelation 16:15 CJB ) ("Look! I am coming like a thief! How blessed are those who stay alert and keep their clothes clean, so that they won't be walking naked and be publicly put to shame!") Teruah means "an awakening blast". A theme associated with Rosh HaShanah is the theme "to awake". Teruah is also translated as "shout". The book of Isaiah, chapter 12, puts the shouting in the context of the thousand-year reign of Jesus. The Messianic era and shout is mentioned in Isaiah 44:23 and Zephaniah 3:14. The first coming of Christ is associated with a shout in Zechariah 9:9. The ultimate shout is the rapture in First Thessalonians 4:16-17. Whether it is by the blast of a shofar or the force of a supernatural shout, God's goal is to awaken us. "...Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light."

-Ephesians 5:14. The theme of awakening from sleep is used throughout the Bible. It is found in John 11:11, Romans 13:11, Daniel 12:1-2 and Psalm 78:65.

Volume 6 The Father and the Son are One...We Shall Surely Sit Upon the Throne of Our Glory
For I do love My temples, these beloved temples, made by My own Right Hand in fragile flesh. Oh, how I do love My children. Oh, how I long to gather them. Come, My beloved little ones, return to your Father who loves you. Return to Me...embrace the Carpenter. He is your Master, your Savior, your Life. Embrace My love and mercy, live in My love. Let Me hold you, let Me comfort you...live in My Son. In Him is peace, the joy of My heart...your joy fulfilled in Him, in Me. The Father and the Son are One. Break not My heart...break not My commandments anymore Thus says the Lord: Behold, you shall kneel. I shall take back the throne of My glory. The Son of the Most High shall sit upon the throne of His mercy and His judgment. Hear Him! For I shall surely take from the earth all those, even all those who have ears to hear. For these will see His face and hear the voice of the Holy One, the voice of their Redeemer and the trumpet call of God. They shall surely be caught up...yea, to the third Heaven is where they shall abide...even those asleep and those awake, who have been awakened from their living slumber. The shofar was also blown at the temple to begin the sabbath each week. There are two types of trumpets used in the Bible: 1. The silver trumpet 2. The shofar or ram's horn Each sabbath, two men with silver trumpets and a man with a shofar made three trumpet blasts twice during the day. On Yom Teruah, it is different. The shofar is the primary trumpet. The shofar that was used to announce the arrival of Yom Teruah was preferred to be of a ram's horn. Jewish authorities prohibited a cow's horn from being used because of the worship of the golden calf. Teruah is a rhythm that can be sounded on the shofar. Teruah is usually defined to be a long blast with three peeks during the blowing. There is some controversy over the exact sound that is to be made but the shofar was blown throughout Yom Teruah. On Yom Teruah, a shofar delivers the first blast, a silver trumpet the second, and then a shofar the third. According to Leviticus 23 and Numbers 29, Yom Teruah is the day of the blowing of the trumpets. 25 Do not do any kind of ordinary work, and bring an offering made by fire to ADONAI." ( Numbers 29: 1-3 CJB ) 1 "'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a holy convocation; do not do any kind of ordinary work; it is a day of blowing the shofar for you. The trumpet used for this purpose is the ram's horn, not trumpets made of metal as in Numbers Chapter 10. ( Numbers 10: 1-3 CJB ) 1 ADONAI said to Moshe, 2 "Make two trumpets; make them of hammered silver. Use them for summoning the community and for sounding the call to break camp and move on. 3 When they are sounded, the entire community is to assemble before you at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

The shofar blown on Rosh HaShanah is known as the last trump, which the apostle Paul mentioned in First Thessalonians 4:16-17. We cannot go to the Book of Revelation and say that the voice of the seventh angel (Revelation 11:15) is the last trump. In the first century, the last trump (shofar) meant a specific day in the year. In Judaism, there are three trumpets that have a name. They are the first trump, the last trump, and the great trump. Each one of these trumpets indicates a specific day in the Jewish year. The first trump is blown on the Feast of Pentecost (Exodus 19:19). It proclaimed that God had betrothed Himself to Israel. The last trump is synonymous with Rosh HaShanah, The great trumpet is blown on Yom Kippur, which will herald the return of Jesus back to the earth. (Matthew 24:31) He will send out his angels with a great shofar and they will gather together his chosen people from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. The first and last trump relate to the two horns of the ram, which according to Jewish tradition, was caught in the thicket on Mount Moriah when Abraham was ready to slay Isaac and offer him up as a burnt offering. This ram became the substitute for Isaac even as Jesus became the substitute for us and provided life for us through His death. Rabbi Eliezer tells us in Pirkei Avot, that the left horn (first trump) was blown on Mount Sinai, and its right horn (the last trump) will be blown to herald the coming of the Lord for His Church. Isaiah 18:3 and First Thessalonians 4:13-18 speak of the resurrection of the dead. ( Isaiah 18:3 CJB ) All you inhabitants of the world, you who live on the earth: when a banner is hoisted on the mountains, look! When the shofar is blown, listen! ( 1Thessalonians 4:13-18 CJB ) 13 Now, brothers, we want you to know the truth about those who have died; otherwise, you might become sad the way other people 14 do who have nothing to hope for. For since we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, we also believe that in the same way God, through Yeshua, will take with him those who have died. 15 When we say this, we base it on the Lord's own word: we who remain alive when the Lord comes will certainly not take precedence over those who have died. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a rousing cry, with a call from one of the ruling angels, and with God's shofar; those who died united with the Messiah will be the first to rise; 17 then we who are left still alive will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will always be with the Lord. 18 So encourage each other with these words. First Thessalonians chapter 5 continues with the day of the Lord and the birthpangs of the Messiah. ( 1Thessalonians 5:1-11 CJB ) 1 But you have no need to have anything written to you, brothers, about the times and dates when this will happen; 2 because you yourselves well know that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 When people are saying, "Everything is so peaceful and secure," then destruction will suddenly come upon them, the way labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and there is no way they will escape. 4 But you, brothers, are not in the dark, so that the Day should take you by surprise like a thief; 5 for you are all people who belong to the light, who belong to the day. We don't belong to the night or to darkness, 6 so let's not be asleep, like the rest are; on the contrary, let us stay alert and sober. 7 People who sleep, sleep at night; and people who get drunk, get drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us stay sober, putting on trust and love as a breastplate and the hope of being delivered as a helmet. a 9 For God has not intended that we should experience his fury, but that we should gain deliverance through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, 10 who died on our behalf so that whether we are alive or dead, we may live along with him. 11 Therefore,

encourage each other, and build each other up - just as you are doing. One of the reasons for blowing the shofar is to proclaim the resurrection of the dead. In First Corinthians 15 the apostle Paul tells us that the resurrection of the dead will be "at the last trump." ( 1Corinthians 15: 51-54 CJB ) 51 Look, I will tell you a secret - not all of us will die! But we will all be changed! 52 It will take but a moment, the blink of an eye, at the final shofar. For the shofar will sound, and the dead will be raised to live forever, and we too will be changed. 53 For this material which can decay must be clothed with imperishability, this which is mortal must be clothed with immortality. 54 When what decays puts on imperishability and what is mortal puts on immortality, then this passage in the Tanakh will be fulfilled: "Death is swallowed up in victory. Earlier in First Corinthians 15:14, he wrote that without the Lord Jesus rising from the dead, our faith is in vain. The festivals will, beyond a shadow of a doubt, tell you that the resurrection of the dead precedes the time of Jacob's trouble (the tribulation). First Thessalonians 4:16-17 says that the dead in Christ will rise first, and that the catching away of the believers will immediately follow. At this time, the believers in Christ will escape the tribulation on earth and will be taken to Heaven in the rapture along with the righteous who had died before this time. The gates of Heaven are opened on Rosh HaShanah so the righteous nation may enter (Isaiah 26:2, Psalm 118:19-20). Because the gates of Heaven are understood to be open on Rosh HaShanah, this is further evidence that the rapture of the believers in Christ will take place on or around Rosh HaShanah. The term 'rapture' comes from the Greek word 'harpazo', which means "to seize, catch away, catch up, pluck, pull, take by force" (1 Thessalonians 4;17). Isaiah 57:1-2 speaks clearly of the resurrection of the dead, the taking of the believers, and the hiding of the believers from the indignation (the tribulation). ( Isaiah 57:1-2 CJB ) 1 The righteous person perishes, and nobody gives it a thought. Godly men are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous person is taken away from the evil yet to come Zephaniah 1:14-18 and 2:2-3 tells about the terrible times during the day of the Lord, the birthpangs of the Messiah, and issues a decree to repent and turn to God before that day to be hid from that time. Psalm 27:5 says the righteous will be hid in the time of trouble. Paul in Second Thessalonians 2:1 tells us, "Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him." The phrase "gathering together" comes from the Greek word 'episunagoge', which means "an assembly". The Feast of Trumpets, through careful study depicts nothing less than the return of Jesus Christ for His Church at the last trump, just before God pours His wrath and judgment on a sinful and Christ rejecting world.

And the elect shall be gathered, even all those I see of Myself in them, My own reflection shown within the eyes of the first redeemed from the earth. For in a moment, a twinkling of an eye, they shall climb the Ladder, and lie down and rest for a short season, even in the place I have prepared for them. They shall rest, until the Day is done and it is finished. Then they shall arise and descend with the King... And as the lightning flashes out of the east, and shines, filling the sky even unto the west, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be

Scriptural Evidence
In Leviticus 23 we find that Yahweh gives instruction to keep the weekly and annual Sabbaths. In the seventh month on the first day we are to keep Yom Teruah. Yahweh calls this feast Zikarown Teruah, which is translated as the memorial of the blowing of trumpets. Yom Teruah is called a holy convocation which means that it is a day when Yahweh's people are to come together in worship. Leviticus 23:23-25 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. 'You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.'" The Hebrew word for "trumpets" is not actually found in Leviticus 23:24 the Hebrew "teruah" is translated blowing of trumpets. This is a memorial to commemorate a future start of the Messianic Kingdom with the return of Messiah Yahshua. Since Yom Teruah relates to the seventh new moon it shows the perfection of Yahweh's plan for salvation through Messiah Yahshua. This is also a connection between the torah and Messiah. The blowing of the shofar was the thunder that the children of Israel heard when Moses was given the law on Mt. Sinai. Exodus 20:18-20 And all the people saw the thunder, and the lightning, and the noise of the trumpet (shofar), and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed themselves, and stood afar off. And they said unto Moses, You speak with us, and we will hear: but don't let Elohim speak with us, or we will die. And Moses said to the people, Fear not: for Elohim is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, so that you don't sin. The word "trumpet" in Exodus 20:18 is the Hebrew word "shofar" (Strong's #7782). This loud shofar blast really scared the people so much so that they asked Moses to speak with Yahweh for them. Solomon was inspired to write that the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. (Proverbs 9:10) Yahshua demonstrated this wisdom throughout his life by giving the glory to Yahweh. We must forsake evil and live like Yahshua! Sin should be the farthest thing from our mind. We are Yahshua's chosen if we live as he teaches. The sacrifice that Yahshua the Messiah gave to cleanse his people has given each of us the ability to step from the waters of immersion without sin. Sin is an immense problem today just as it has been since the beginning of time. People of the world do evil today that would have never even been thought of thirty years ago. The world is perpetually accepting sin but those that do follow Yahweh are condemned as being unloving or legalistic. (John 15:18-27) The truth is that if we love one another we look out for one another. Yom Teruah shows that we must be ready at all times because, as in the time of Noah, people of the world went about their business as if nothing was wrong. They missed the boat and all the signs of the impending flood. (Mat. 24:35-39) There was only one family that Yahweh found uncorrupted. Conform to Yahweh and He will inform you of impending disaster just as He did with Noah. We have to be careful always watching what we allow in our lives. Cleansing in our own lives starts with Messiah Yahshua. The cleansing can be painful but like a cut once it is healed we don't cut ourselves again. Yahshua has given us the path to the Father through a different life than the world. Part of that different life can be found in Yom Teruah which is a feast of joy for the return of Messiah Yahshua. At the last blast of the shofar on Yom Teruah, we look for the change to an imperishable form. (1Cor. 15:50-57)

Conclusion
Now is the time to awaken and walk with Yahweh as the prophets of old. You have been given the calling and you have heard the calls for change. Yahweh is calling and with only a short time left we cannot be lukewarm. We must be on fire for the word. We must be willing to teach in season and out of

season. When it is convenient and when it is not. Our decisions effect our children. To whom or what have we dedicated our children? Have we dedicated them to succeed or fail? I pray that we set our children on the right path which leads to becoming the children of Yahweh through Messiah Yahshua. We must use our lives to serve Yahweh because when we don't our spouse and our families follow our example. We must rely on Yahshua for the example we will follow. Each year as we prepare to keep Yom Teruah we must keep in our minds the thought that this could be the day that Yahshua returns especially as we see things getting worse. We must read the scriptures and walk as Yahweh desires of us to walk so that we are a good example in our families. Following the torah of Yahweh because we love Yahweh and all our brethren. We must ask, "do we have seven years left?" Only Yahweh can answer some of these questions, but be sure of one thing. We must be awake and zealously working because the time is short. I pray one day that each of you hear Yahshua utter some of the most beautiful words we could ever hear. "Well done, good and faithful servant." (Mat. 25:21, 23) Volume 6 Culmination Trust in Me and hear MY words, yes, even those in the Volumes, My Letters... They are food and drink for this starving generation, correction for this insolent people called by My own name amongst the churches of men, and that Trumpet which I said would come and is now here... The trumpet of alarm and war, the trumpet of judgment, a call to repentance... The trumpet and announcement of My coming, which is nearly fulfilled - The Trumpet of Evacuation. Hear Me now and doubt not, nor lose heart, nor let your faith wane, as though you now tire and want to rest and step off the path... Run forward and embrace My ways. I know they are not at all like mans ways, nor as you would have Me do, yet I say to you, embrace them and grab hold of Me, and trust... Trust of such a kind, which has only come by a letting go, a letting go of all you thought was true, a releasing of all you thought must be held fast and of all that which you had come to lean upon. Give up now and come to Me, and see with eyes wide open, and together with you in Me and I in you will your faith be made new... Made only by that which is of Me and in Me, standing upon that foundation, which I am the Stone thereof.

5/5/10 From Our Lord and Savior, YahuShua HaMashiach, Jesus The Christ excerpt Beloved, I have never been far from you. Rather, My children have gone astray and have forgotten how to love. And because of this, their hearts have grown cold... Neither seeing, nor hearing. Yet I never forsook them. Oh how long I have waited for them, with a great longing to gather them under My wings, high and lifted up!... I shall gather them!... I shall come and redeem them from their places, Snatching them from the hands of ungodly men... Out of the reach of him, who has accused them without ceasing. No more shall they be hurt in this manner!... For I have led them from temptation, And they shall be delivered from the evil one...

Upon The Son of Man shall they escape! Beloved, listen... I have but to call you by name, and you shall all be gone from this place... In an instant, in a twinkling of an eye... Yes, from the pure in heart, to all who I see of Myself in them... For I am King over all the earth!... Behold, it is My footstool! I am come to take for Myself a bride, For she has been chosen and awaits her Bridegroom... She is Mine, and I shall be hers... Forever... Days beyond number. Rejoice!... For great singing and elation has already broken forth, from one end of Heaven to the other, in anticipation of her arrival. And the angels sing, and break forth with a great shout, Glory and riches and honor and majesty, to The King and to the wife of The Lamb!... For her time has fully come! And by the power of Gods loving mercy has she been cleansed and called out!... Come forth, oh daughter of Zion!... Come forth! Your place is prepared, and awaits you in the arms of your Maker... He who is from the beginning... And shall be... The Everlasting... The Desire of Ages... YahuShua, who is in the bosom of The Father... In whose bosom you shall be... Life without end. Amen... And amen.
