R & D Research and Development 1. Our R&D is a manifestation of our belief in quality and innovation. Located at Ankleshwar (Gujarat), and set amidst Surat-Baroda. 2. The mission of our R&D Center is to develop cost effective quality products through Innovation and apt technology within the framework of international regulation. Our research centre is one of the finest R&D facilities in India for oral healthcare and dermatological products. The facility has been recognized by DSIR since 1999 which was renewed in 2002 and is further extended for a period of 2004-2010. The "WHO GMP" certified Production facility has been designed to comply with TGA UK MCA, USFDA, and other national & international regulatory requirements, and the company is working on a war footing to attain the same. The man & material movement segregation has been ensured for each department. High Speed Automatic Filling & Packing Lines. All Manufacturing and Filling machines are designed in "SS" Stainless Steel with PLC controls, contact parts are in SS 316 L. Automatic Transfer systems are installed to minimize manual operations. UTILITIES

The following utilities have been installed in a separate utility block. Eco friendly 120 TR Gas Fired Chiller. Oil Free Air Compressor 157 CFM with 0.01 micron filtration provided. DM & Reverse Osmosis water treatment Plant, capacity of 1000 liters per hour in Stainless Steel closed loop line in continuous operation. 400 kg/hrs gas fired Boiler for steam generation 160 KVA DG set to ensure continuous production State of art electrical systems incorporated for control & safety. Automization of Temperature control BMS system incorporated. Primary & Secondary ETP to treat discharged effluent installed. Modern Building Management systems installed to ensure effective controls.

AIR HANDLING UNITS

Room wise segregation of Air Handling Units. Class 1 lac conditions for sampling, dispensing, manufacturing & filling rooms. Five micron filtration with pressure gradation with respect to individual rooms and corridors.

OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IS THE MANIFESTATION OF OUR STRONG BELIEF IN QUALITY. QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE: Quality Control & Quality Assurance looks after the activity of monitoring quality of the product, which is driven by ultimate objective of the customer satisfaction. The activity includes vendor validation to the Q.C. of all raw materials and packing materials. All the relevant documentation and regulatory affairs are also handled by Quality Assurance Dept. The Quality Control laboratory is equipped with modern sophisticated analytical equipments. Quality Control & Quality Assurance Dept. is headed by Quality Control Manager and Quality Assurance Manager with postgraduate qualification respectively supported by competent scientific staff.
