football club and they will do everything for the club. Then, the citizens are crazy about football match. They usually watch football match in television, but sometimes they go to stadium to watch the match. If there is a big competition for example World Cup or Euro, they often spent their night just for football match. Indonesia is a country whose citizens love football. However, it doesnt have good achievement in football because of many problems related to this sport. The first problem is the supporters have bad habit. The supporters have big role in a match because they make the match more colorful. Indonesia has attractive supporters, but they often do violently. For example, they often destroy the facilities in stadium. If their beloved football club is lost, they will angry and destroy everything they can. It makes big loss for club and the owner of stadium. I think the supporters dont have good attitude. We must study from European supporters. They seldom make disturbances or destroy the facilities because they have good attitude. If the supporters have good attitude, the club will also have good achievement. That makes football in Europe has good quality. So, the supporters in Indonesia is need to be disciplined The second problem is a bad management in developing the young players. Indonesia. Indonesia has many players with good skills, but just few players who can play in the major league and they cant give the best. Indonesias citizens have strong habit in football and often play football. They also have good skills, but they cant be a good football player. It is caused by the bad management of footballer, especially for the younger. Indonesian football association (PSSI) doesnt have a good system to develop the young player. The young players have good achievements, for example their contribution in Danone Cup in France. But, the senior team cant give the best for our country. Then, the other problem is the bad quality of the referees. As we know, the referees often cant lead a match and

make wrong decision. I think it maybe caused by their bad quality. If the referee makes a wrong decision, it will make the bad match. The coaches, the players, and the supporters will get angry. If the supporters get angry, they will destroy the facilities and make new problems. I will provide some solutions to solve this problem. First, PSSI must give a hard judgment to the supporters who do violently because they need to be disciplined. The supporters will get a hard judgment, so they wont do violently again. Then, PSSI must prepare a good system to develop the young players. Now, PSSI have made a program, but I think they didnt manage it well and it wasnt effective. They must prepare this program seriously and have a good management. To solve the referees problem, I think PSSI must give a good training to the referees so they will have a good quality to lead a match. They must get more salary, so they can give their best performance. Finally, football is a familiar and famous sport in the world, especially in Indonesia. I predict Indonesia will not get a good achievement in the future if PSSI cant solve the problems. Maybe there will more problems related to this sport in the next years. The problems need to be solved and we must make changes.
