Transformed a manufacturing culture by assessing the organization and making cultural changes from training, coaching, staffing initiatives, HR reorientation, Lean sponsorship, and positive employee relations. Saved $125,000 in the first Lean intervention. Increased productivity 38% in consumer products. Restored stability to a floundering logistics company through organizational assessment, strategic planning, and executive coaching. Achieved cohesiveness in a multiple branch organization by designing and conducting a Beckhard model conference to build trust and relationships, solve problems of multi-branch operations, and make agreements about how to relate over distance.
